What is the holding capcity in litres?

This is a question to which I would have liked to have known the answer before I purchased this funnel, the answer is 4 litres to the brim, so around 3 to 3.5 litres of useful capacity for filtering provided the funnel is well supported.

Does this have a lip inside near the spout to hold a filter?

Will it fit into a Fairy Liquid bottle?

The listing very clearly states: "Total height: 340mm - Diameter at top: 255mm - Diameter at 1st / 2nd stage: 45mm - Diameter bottom: 28mm". Why don't you measure your "Fairy Liquid bottle" and post the result here so that all can benefit from your effort.

The bottom of the spout is 28mm. This tapers out to about 60mm and then to 250mm at top of funnel.
