Avoids Chafing
I run on average 80km per week. This works perfectly to avoid chafing and does not cause staining on clothing.

Stings when applying to chaffed skin
I've previously used Body Glide anti-chafe sticks pre and during long runs. I purchased this thinking it would be easier to apply evenly. I used it before a 24h run which was fine. I was confident as I'd used it in training without issue. I reapplied during the 24h run, I was chaffed as it really stung on application. Reading the ingredients I think it must be the peppermint. I'm going to stick to chamois cream and body glide sticks. I wouldn't recommend this product
