Great seller response
for the sad state this product was in when I received it, you'd think it was under $100. but no, I paid almost $200 for broken pieces, chipped paint, and peeling wood. got splinters trying to even put the damned thing together, I didn't expect to have to invest way more into this to make it even usable. **update** seller contacted me to offer a refund, giving 5 stars for the excellent customer service.

Photos are deceptive! No wire mesh trays for bottom included!
There are many rabbit hutches similar to this one but I chose this specific one because the photos clearly show wire mesh panels at the bottom of the cage which create a barrier between the litter trays and the walking surface. However, after receiving the package it was clear there are no wire mesh trays to place along the bottom of the hutch. In the product photo I've included, you can clearly see the white wooden cross beam under the ramp which shows the wire mesh trays despite them not being included. This same hutch is sold at a lower price by other sellers and the only reason I chose this one is because the product photos clearly show the wire mesh bottom panels despite them not being actually included. The wood is weak and easily cracks so I'm sure rabbits will chew through it quickly. The ramp and entrance to the top floor is much too narrow for larger rabbits. The plastic bottom trays are definitely not "zero gap" so urine and litter can easily spill out the sides. Most disappointingly, other similar hutches allow you to open the top to the second floor for easy access but the a-frame roof on this hutch permanently screws in place which prevents comfortable and easy access to the second floor room. I can't even fit the litter box through the provided opening for the door. Also, the asphault material used for the top of the a-frame roof just crumbles off and drops sand particles everywhere. Returning the hutch is not an option because of how difficult it would be to disassemble and fit back into the packaging so now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to privately sell this large and inadequate rabbit hutch. The pictures I'm including show the prouduct photo with the wire mesh bottom trays highlighted in blue along with the photo of the actual hutch which does not include these items.

Nice bunny hutch
It’s a cute house for a bunny, but the size of our bunny it would just be good enough for one, it would be too crowded for two. I wish the trays were a little bit deeper so we can put more hay on them. It is nice to have the coding so we can wash them easily. The wheels on the bottom of the cage fell off the first day we got it so I had to glue them back on with construction adhesive. The wire on the cage it’s not really attached very well, I may have to reinforce it. But for $100, you kind of get what you pay for.

Perfect for my Mini Lop
I have always wanted a hutch like this. After having that red Wabitat cage I got from chewy (it's like 3 ft long) we had that for years and my bunny started getting frustrated with it. She just didn't have enough space and she's getting older. She wouldn't use her litter box and was unhappy. I decided to see if this new cage would help. WOW. We set it up and got her in it then went to bed and when I woke up she was using her litter box perfectly and she was not throwing her food and water bowl anywhere she was so content! I think she loves the levels and that she has her own room upstairs. We did have to cut a hole in the right side of her little pan so she could jump in it but it wasn't a big deal and she didn't pee on that side anyways. She's so happy with it! And it's much nicer looking! I only gave it 4 stars just because there were no marks on the wood for some of the screws and we ended up having to take some off and reattach so the pans slide in right. My hubby didn't mind he loves these types of projects. But if you are someone who this would annoy them it may be frustrating.

Easy to Put Together
My toddler and I put this together in about an hour. It was easy and the directions were simple to follow. It’s wonderful quality and sturdy. Our little bunny loves it! They have their own little closed in area up top and then a big play area on the bottom which also holds his litter box perfectly. We love it!

Mediocre (at best)
I received this hutch on September 1st and put it together on that day. I knew this was going to be somewhat of a time consuming task and that it would require me to assemble the entire hutch! I was unaware that it would take me 4 hours to complete, half of the screws that I received looked as if they were melted and I had to replace them with screws I had at home as well as having to drill your own holes for some of the assembly. The instructions are not very clear as to what goes where and all in all is not worth the $189 paid for it. I have had this hutch for one week and all 6 wheels have broken off, the wood has cracked and chipped and the trays do fit into the bottom all the way so urine as well as facies gets onto the floor which as the main reason to buy this. Some of the clasps received to put on the hutch to lock the doors were very cheap and bent and not up to standard at all. It looked and felt like something you would get from a dollar store. Despite all the negatives, this hutch does allow my rabbit ample amount of space to lounge and run around as well as the top portion that is kind of closed off. My rabbit seems to enjoy it for the most part despite the wheels breaking and scaring us both. All in all, I DO NOT recommend purchasing this hutch. Spend a few extra dollars and get a different hutch, this company and hutch is not worth the money.

My rabbit loves it
Great product, took a bit to put together, lot of parts, but it’s sturdy and the rabbit loves it. Took the wheels off as they did not hold well however it’s light enough to pick up and move.

DON’T PURCHASE NOT FUNCTIONAL
I received this product on September 11th as you can see in screenshots. All the pieces arrived damaged and used but I still managed to build it together. Today on September 19th one of wheels broke off and I found it was because my Guinea pig’s pee was LEAKING THROUGH THE TRAY AND ALONG THE LEG which caused the wood to rot and the wheel to break off. I’m not sure how urine was able to go through bedding AND doggy pads that were placed over the trays. I moved the cage to discover that my hardwood floor is completely damaged and stained from the acidic urine (safe to say I won’t be getting my rental deposit back). Mind you this is the work of one Guinea pig I can’t even imagine how a rabbit is supposed to be housed in here. Additionally, for nearly $250 the wood is one of the lowest qualities, it’s already cracking and breaking everywhere. The whole thing is cheaply made. I bought an expensive hutch in hopes it would last but it’s been about a week and now I have to trash it. I want a refund.
