I'll start by saying that the block/ball combo with the rattle is a huge hit with my little one. He is nine month olds and starting to get the hang of stacking. The weight of the balls in the cube and the way they stack makes them easy to set one on top of the other and they almost self correct to stack straight up. They are very easy for little hands to grab and lightweight, my little guy loves to shake and rattle them. The elephant base is cute but overall doesn't seem to add much to this toy set. It doesn't feel quite as high quality as I would like (the plastic is very lightweight and does not seem sturdy) and the wheels for feet could be large and easier for little ones to actually roll/realize that it is functioning.

My 8 moth old is a huge fan of the top parts of this toy. The blocks are sturdy plastic that is easy to grasp, with big rattle balls inside. He enjoyed grabbing these and shaking them. The elephant part, however, does not seem as well made. It's thinner plastic, and the wheels aren't very functional. My baby puts everything in his mouth and I'm not a fan of the little wheels, so we don't play with that part.

The first thing I loved about this toy is the rattle noise is easy on the ears! Baby will notice it and enjoy the sound but will not make anyone else close by want to cover their ears. The cubes are easy for small hands to grasp and maneuver, and they stack easily. The components are easy to clean. The elephant rolls well and all components have rounded edges for safety. This toy will have little ones shaking, rattling, and rolling! Brand name toy that is suitable for older infants and toddlers.

This is one of those toys that grabs attention and keeps it, because there's so much going on! The bright colors are visually stimulating. The rattle sounds and the multiple textures appeal to the auditory and tactile senses. And it encourages fine motor skills with the moving and stackable parts. All parts are smooth and rounded. The elephant ears are even made with fabric. Gotta love a toy that encourages development while it entertains!

This is a great building block toy for little ones! I like that they are large in size for small hands and are easy to grasp. It's good that they are easy to balance as well. Some good features includes being made of plastic vs wood means it's easier to clean and I don't have to worry as much about baby chewing on them. They also have rounded edges too! The rattled also are fun for baby to play with . I would get this product over traditional blocks !

Lamaze is one of our favorite brands for newborn and baby toys due to their quality standards, values and great selection of toys for the development of various baby skills and brain development. The rattling and rolling back stacks are a pretty cool toy and our baby is always very interested in playing with them. At $15 at the time of this review, this seems like a good value given Lamaze doesn’t use any cheap plastics and toxic materials in their products.

This is a really nice, colorful baby toy. My grand baby loves it. She smiles at the elephant, and the colors and gentle rattling noise seem to be engaging. The main negative point is that it doesn’t really stack well. The first “block” fits into the elephant base, but the other two do not stay in place when stacked. They slide off easily. But my granddaughter does seem to really enjoy the toy.

I bought these for my 5 month old to play with when he is doing his tummy time. Really easy for babies to hold and shake around. Nice bright colours too.
