I use them mainly for pushups and crow. They really get me sore for pushups and totally a game changer. I've used them for a few weeks now and still get sore every time I use them for pushups. They feel very sturdy and were very easy for a not so handy person to put together.

No deception here item is as pictured, the metal is well painted completely covered the wood soft well sanded it's easily put together it's sturdy and it does the job it was built to do. Value-wise they might be a bit high but I do not feel cheated by any means the grip is the proper size they weigh very little but not so light that they're easily knocked out of place etc and you can get it effective push-up workout on these things definitely better than hands on the floor in my opinion

These are awesome. Love the grip and the thickness of the wood, they seem very stable. I’m a first timer with these and I absolutely love them! Would highly recommend for durable and affordable p bars

These fit in the hand nicely and have a nice thickness that makes the wooden handles feel strong and sturdy. Great to practice L-sits, planche leans, and handstands on. They work better than I expected, but the anti-slip could be a bit more effective and more sticky, which is their only downfall. When assembling, be sure to use a hard, flat surface so that the feet are even. Excellent product overall!

Love these a lot! I use them for HSPU and can do L-Sits on them without worrying about touching the floor (which was a worry of mine initially with the height being a bit lower than others). High quality, easy to assemble, comfortable hold, wood feels good too.

Great size, stability and height off the floor.
