I’ve been using this 15-in-1 Push Up Board for my home workouts and honestly, it’s been a great addition to my routine. I do push ups but my wrists don't like being jammed into the floor. I thought this product would elevate my wrists, which it does, plus give me some variation on hand placement, which it does. While it does these things, as you can see in my video discussion, some of the variations may work but directions are lacking on how to properly do a pushup where your elbows are at your side. With the different hand placements, i found it difficult to keep my elbows in close to my body, which put more stress on the elbow joint. I think the grips are good for the variation they offer and that, as a portable product, this is effective and will ultimately increase your push up strength.

This is the second time I have purchased this board. My son wanted to take his dad’s with him back to college. Slides under the bed perfectly, and he pulls it out every night!

Like all the other things I got him! THIS WAS A HIT BETTER THAN ANY OTHER! Every at his birthday party had fun with this is sturdy and he uses it every day! The works he does with them shows a lot! The pump he gets is amazing! He uses it everyday at the house and the work he put in shows! It is definitely worth it price wise! The material used is like a heavy duty plastic. All in all it’s a great product!

My grandson is on the football team. They are already working at the weight room 3 days a week. This push up board has really enhanced his work out at home. He loves it. It’s great for his bedroom it compact and he finds it to help him train. Great price get this for your teenager it really boots their confidence and willingness to master this board

The product does what I expected it to do, but nothing is special about it. I can adjust the handles and feel it working different muscles. Though, I’m a little disappointed with the sturdiness of the handles in the holes. I am feeling some slight wobble and that’s not great when you want to have a controlled grip. I feel like the wobble could get worse over time aa the plastic wears. Additionally, the light blue portion of the handles is just a different color plastic. I feel a bit deceived by this as it appears to be something different… like some sort of comfort foam grip. So your grip might not be great if your hands are sweaty. A foam handle would have been much better but it appears they just wanted to produce these as cheap as possible.

Buen material. Muy práctica cabe en una mochila, a mi hijo le gustó mucho, hay que tener cuidado para usarla en pasto natural o sintético. Los Manubrios se atoran un poco pero es comprensible ya que se imprime mucha presión “solo ser cuidadoso al usarla” muy recomendable

Unstable

Lost of these to choose from these days, most much cheaper than this one. I went for this one because it said it was high quality. Clearly nothing special about it though. Units don’t even snap together easily in the right place. Drops were not fully stable at end positions. Seriously, consider using a swivel and lock style push up unit instead for around the price of this one. That’s what I’m using now and it’s a hundred times better.
