Looks nice, works really well. I repaired two black leather chairs with this. The tape matches well with the color and texture of black leather. Will see the lines where the two pieces of tape join but looks reasonably nice and has kept my chairs going for years. Adheres well to clean leather.

Great product! Works as advertised!! we have an Airbnb in our basement and so our couch takes a little bit of a beating at times… being bonded leather, the arm was almost completely stripped of the “leather in one spot, and I was constantly trying to cover it up with a throw blanket. Great stickiness and ease of use. Rip resistant and stretchy. Not giving 5 stars because it doesn't look professional when applied but I knew that when I bought it. Overall a good product for a decent price.

I read the reviews, I purchased enough to cover the entire area not just the patch, just in case there was a color difference. It ended up matching perfectly. But, I didn't want a patch seam either, so I opted to cover the 10"x15" area. I cleaned the entire console in and out (why not) with light soap and water then rubbed alcohol to get any oils that might impede the adhesive. I measured it like 3-4 x, laid the material on top of it to make extra sure. I'm usually an eye-baller because measuring is exhausting. Then I peeled the backing off slowly in about 1/2" increments and used a light heat gun to extra activate the glue. I used my fingers to smooth out the material before going to the next increment. At the end I tried to pull the material slightly at the rounded edges but, I still got a little puckering/ wrinkles. So, I tried the heat gun over them. I think a little wrinkle at the rounds is going to happen. No biggie. I think it came out amazing. That rip was driving me N🥜TS. 5/5 on all aspects!!!! Thick material but easy to work with. I had to pull it back 2 times to align better and it still adhered fine.

This leather patch sticks well and supports tears in auto leather but the color wasn’t an exact match for my vehicle. I ended up purchasing seat covers but this tape is used to maintain the shape and structure of the original seat.

This leather repair tape is great!!! So many colors, easy to find a good match!! Hold extremely well and easy to apply. No more looking at shredded leather from a non declawed cat, this repair tape blends so nicely, just glancing at it you wouldn’t even know it was there!

I bought this to use on a small tear on the side of my car's driver seat and it blended in seamlessly to the black leather. I have a well loved arm chair that my dogs love to lounge in that has a washable cover on it because the leather has seen better days. While not the same color, I used the leftover tape to fix some rips and tears that are usually covered but getting worse and the tape has held up wonderfully, very durable. No weird smell. Easy to peel and stays in place.
