The major benefit I've noticed so far is increased energy levels, stamina and endurance. I train jiu jitsu every morning as well as gym exercise in the afternoon and I've noticed I'm able to sustain a higher level of energy and physical output, which is pretty awesome. Something I really like about this particular supplement is the 1400mg Fadogia/1000mg Tongkat per serving size (2 pills). That breaks down to 700mg/500mg per single pill, which seems to be quite strong compared to other supplements I've come across. It should be mentioned that this supplement is just that.. A supplement. It elevates and enhances your daily workout routines, but it cannot replace it. It's a great way to take whatever training you do to a higher level, but the benefits of taking this or any supplement won't be there if you don't put in the work. The supplement pills themselves are fairly large and could be difficult to swallow for some people, but other than that I've had no issues or complaints. No negative side effects.

Excellent Product

I’m a 23 year old male who never quite got the surge in testosterone most of my contemporaries ever got due to a few different health factors resulting in a mostly sedentary lifestyle in my youth. Now that those health issues are in my past, I needed something to give me a little extra nudge in the right direction. I bought the Fadogia and Tongkat combo after hearing Dr. Andrew Huberman speak about them. All I can say is, wow! Within about five days, I started to feel a surge in my energy levels that were long lasting, not just a temp and burn at 2:00pm kind of surge. My workouts got a little better, easier to endure. As a single man, I can’t say much about the sex drive benefit, but I’ve definitely caught myself thinking about it more often. If you need something that’s cheap but very effective, this might just be the one to try!

I heard about this type of supplement on the Joe Rogan podcast. I bought it thinking it wasn't going to work, I was very skeptical, but very surprised it actually does work. Don't expect results after first dose it takes about a week to kick in and start working. The supplement made me feel better and full of energy. My workouts have increased and there is a noticeable difference in strength and stamina. It has boosted my testosterone levels by about 120 points. If you're looking for something that works try this product. It really works!

Not sure this did anything .

I have been using this product for just over a month. I have noticed higher energy levels particularly post training. I used to be very tired after moderate intensity workouts, as I've been working towards fat loss goals. I have had no negative side effects, and am very happy with the product. It is less expensive than alternative supplements of the same kind, and is a great addition to my supplement routine. I don't have difficulty swallowing pills, these had no issue, although they are larger than a standard capsule.

Prior to this review i gave this product 5 stars. However after some deep research I discovered one is only to use this stuff for 5 to 6mo out of the year The bottle has no warnings. My experience over time was great Muscle recovery... etc all that good stuff. Unfortunately it came with a side effect Mood shifting Hormonal imbalances using this garbage. Anger that was almost out of control to the point where my partner almost left me until we realized the cause of when my moods began to shift so drastically My patience was the thinnest it'd ever been. Women don't let you husbands or boyfriends take this stuff. It can also effect the testicle with no reverse fixes. Hanging lower. Larger. Insane ! Don't freaking use this trash
