Does this item include the main part, the fixed ring and the red sealing ring? i need all 3.

I'm not sure what you mean by " the main part ". It comes exactly as shown in the picture. There are 2 rings....red and grey....that are already inserted into the outer ring which has a screw opening. The entire assembly screws into the dust bin.
