Great no complaints

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical of ordering the product and then having it never come to its full size and then having issues return it. But we really likes the functionality of it turning into different things. We wanted a ball pit but didnt want to have it out everytime and this was perfect solution: turn it into a sofa after playing. So we ordered and followed the instructions, after like 3 days it was at its full size. My kid loves it. Its cute and soft and safe for her to play. Recommended

I bought this for my nephew for his birthday and gave it to my sister to gift him as they live hours away. She opened it and it hasn’t released like it should and it’s been past 5 days. She tried all the top listed on the instructions and still not inflating. Seam is also ripped where the chair unfolds! Unfortunately she lives to far away to get it back so I cant return it by the cut off date for the return. She did get the paper in the box that says to contact them if any issues by email but her dog chewed up the paper and she stated it doesn’t appear there was an email address listed. Super frustrating given the first time I ordered this it was “undeliverable” by Amazon and now the second one has ripped seam before even being able to use it. I’ve searched everywhere for a way to contact the company but have been unsuccessful at being able to find a phone number or email to have them resolve this. I was going to buy one for my own sons birthday but with such a poor quality and experience so far I won’t be. This is so disappointing.

This is even better in person! I got the pink one for my 11 month old and she loves it ! It’s a beautiful pink mauve color! It’s super soft! Very durable! It’s Made well! I’m very impressed! If your looking for the best first birthday gift this is it !!!!!! Get you a bag of pinballs and some puppets and your all set !

This was easy to assemble and is really comfortable. The kids love sitting on this to read books or also to relax on. It is a perfect size for 2 toddlers and is lightweight.

I would recommend this for sure. I was surprised how firm this play couch was. For a kids building and play couch it was worth the cost of around $90. I don’t think I’d buy this design again for over $100. At the time there was a promotion going on. The main part that folds to make the couch armrest and back rest started to pull apart after owning it for about a month. Thankfully the pieces are individually sewn so as this started to happen I just took a seam ripper and took it off so the fabric wouldn’t get further damaged. Now the pieces are just 4 individual parts that we actually like better. Others mentioned a bad smell and yes there is a bad odor to the product. I took the covers off washed gentle line dried and they went back on with some effort. No joke give yourself a good 45 min to really get the covers back on. Just take your time so you are not ripping your zippers because you are rushing. The fabric didn’t shed as bad as some reviews said either. It wipes clean so easy too for that I’m not as anxious when kids are having snacks or popsicles on it. We let the foam pieces air out for days. In our closet initially because it was a gift we wanted ready but the smell was overwhelming in our walk in closet. then we even let it sit outside in the sunlight to air out on and off for a few days. Overall with some grunt work of airing out and washing I give it 4 stars. We plan to purchase their other larger style for Christmas as an alternative to the nugget or Sam’s club play couch.
