I’m the kind of person who spends way too much time reading ingredient labels, and let me tell you – most electrolyte powders out there are either loaded with artificial junk or taste like you’re licking a salt block. I don’t write reviews but wanted to share for this product! The biggest draw for me was honestly that I can use my FSA card to buy. That is a major benefit for me. I have tried the fruit punch, kiwi strawberry, and peach mango. The strawberry kiwi is my favorite. Like other reviews for the peach mango, the dominant flavor is the peach, however, that doesn’t deter me from it. I like that this flavor is more subtle because a lot of flavored electrolyte mixes can be way too sweet, and this one is a nice balance. The fruit punch is a little sweeter and I find the powder doesn’t dissolve as easily as the other two flavors I’ve tried, but still good (I just have to make sure to mix it a little extra). I also purchased the Kids version and both my kids love it! All in all a very good product and love that it is FSA eligible!

You can just pour it into a Whenever I’m on the road & thirsty, I open a water bottle, drink just enough to leave room to tap this packet in & shake it up. My favorite flavor it strawberry kiwi. Very light sweet taste, like a fruit infused water. Has no sugar, contains electrolytes. Healthier option because it's plant based, no synthetic materials, no sugar, and it’s made with real fruit. Clean ingredients, organic and tastes great. I have a pack in a 16 oz in water bottle and mix it with my ice passion flower Hibiscus tea or drink it straight it taste great. I am less dehydrated and fell healthier.

The downside is the price—it’s definitely more expensive than basic electrolyte powders—and there’s a slight stevia aftertaste if you’re sensitive to it.

I am always skeptical at trying these hydration drinks as most of them just taste too salty and I end up tossing it. Needless to say I went into this with low expecations. After trying this I am hooked!! The flavor is delicious, I have noticed more energy, I'm not sluggish, I feel as if I am recovering better from my trainings. If you are someone who has struggled with finding a less salty tasting hydration drink, look no further. This is excellent! I high reccomend ordering a variety pack to find your flavors and then stick with them! FSA/HSA covered as well!!
