Good product with great festival price offering
Nice packaging with on time delivery and support from Amazon where I grabbed festive offer on very reasonable price. Fridge was too comfortable to use with heavy storage space Warranty activated on time with installation support from LG Amazon gave very catchy festive offers, need to thank them for it.

Great Product and affordable 655L invertor side-by-side door fridge.
Its only few days and so far the initial impressions is great. Also after some small hiccups on the installation part, I contacted LG directly and they sent the Engineer for Installation and Demo in the same day afternoon. It was good experience on the installation and demo part. On the fridge, I expected it to be little bigger in size going by the 655L volume. However, good to see it is compact and not oversized. One side is normal fridge and the other full side is deep freezer. We can set the temperature separately for both the sides. Also due to inverter feature it consumes less electricity overall although it is a 3 Star rating fridge. Will share more details after few weeks of using it.

LG after sale Service is very poor
Within two months of using, it couldn't be switched on. We called the service center and they said the ic got damaged. They said they will replace the ic. Its been almost 2 months now and replacement is still not done. They still haven't got the spare IC. Very frustrating. Such a costly item and they cannot fix it within a month. This will be the last LG product i will be buying.

Delivery and installation is smooth.
This is just the review of delivery. I don't see any scratches or dents in the product. Delivery is prompt and they informed me ahead before they arrive. Installation is smooth. I have observed one thing. The right door is not perfectly aligned. Keen observation revealed there is a slight misalignment. You will notice this by observing the gap between the two doors from top to bottom. Installation person said this is not a concern.
