Why does the stand seem too tight, unstable, or not fit my PS5 Disc (UHD) Edition?

If you are using the PS5 Disc Edition, you must remove the two small insert brackets from the left stand before sliding your console in. These two small adapters are pre-installed and only meant for the Digital Edition.

How do I install this stand for my PS5 Digital Edition?

For the Digital Edition, no adjustments are needed. You can use the stand directly out of the box by simply sliding the stands onto both ends of your console.
