I went into this cautiously optimistic and skeptical at the same time But after a week I have lost 7 lbs and can see it in my waistline. Im actually shocked, I have tried other supplements and metabolism boosters but nothing has matched the rate of progress this has. The best part? I have only made sure to get my daily minimum of steps in according to my fitness app and that is all. 😳 My appetite is lower and my energy feels a bit above the normal so far Some GI upset the first few days but it has lessened I don’t know what else to say, I am shocked how fast it has worked thus far. I’m not sure if these work but I’ve been taking them. I don’t care to purchase anymore because you have to take two and they are very large capsules. If they were smaller, I’d be more inclined to take them. Can’t wait to be done with this bottle. They are also very expensive. Overpriced in my opinion.

I did not notice this has guarana in it and it has made me super jittery. I thought it was like adrenaline support but it is a "fat" burner and is a blend of things that amp you up.

This metabolism booster seems to work nicely takes the curb off of wanting to eat sweet things that would be my choice of how I would say it just one pill seems to give me an energy boost, getting done what I need done and inside the house outside the house and even helping other family members. I have never purchased those over the Internet, so I am hoping it works the effectiveness of it for me gives me a boost so I can seem to just keep going and going and going. Yes, I would purchase these again. Good product.

Got this to help with my weight and burn fat. I can feel them work. It makes you go to the bathroom to eliminate fat and waste being store in your belly. You can see it during the elimination process. You can’t really taste anything however, I found myself drinking even more water than normal. Doesn’t interrupt sleep routine or keep you awake. Overall I would say it’s working.
