Monstake Automatic Soap Dispenser, Touchless Rechargeable Wall Mount

I purchased this toilet and loved how elegant and stylish it looked in my bathroom. It added a very chic touch to the space. A couple of days ago, the soap dispenser stopped working. I contacted the seller, and they patiently walked me through several troubleshooting steps. When it became clear that the issue could not be fixed, they promptly sent me a replacement at no cost. I truly appreciate the seller's support and commitment to customer satisfaction. Rather than leaving me with a defective product, they stood behind their product and resolved the issue quickly. Their professionalism and willingness to help gave me confidence in my purchase. I highly recommend both the product and the seller based on my experience.

Updated most current review: The manufacturer reached out with a replacement and was very quick in replacing it. I am very satisfied with the soap dispenser and haven't had any issues with it. It's a good design and works wonderfully. I like that it has taken off 1 thing from my counter. I would just caution with a few things - use the right kind of soap and if you are leaving for vacation and then switch it off I was so excited to install this hands free soap dispenser and the kids had an easy time using it bit the soap dispenser stopped working suddenly after a few days Updated: 9/11/24 The customer service reached out to me to help troubleshoot the issue and sent me a replacement. I am satisfied with the customer service.

I am giving this Automatic Foam Soap Dispenser a 1-star rating, though I would easily give it 0 stars if that were an option. Initially, this product worked great, but that didn't last long. About 4 months into using it, it completely malfunctioned and started dispensing soap randomly on its own throughout the day. I tried moving it up much higher on the wall away from the counter thinking something was reflecting into it, but it kept happening. Charging was not the issue, and thoroughly cleaning the sensor didn't fix it either. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer support, they gave me the wrong contact information. After a frustrating back-and-forth of emails, I just gave up, threw the product away, and didn't even want to bother with a refund or a return. I just wanted to be done with it. Avoid this product.

It esthetically pleasing, space saving, product saving (it can be adjusted to put out the right amount every time), and every visitor to my bathroom has been in awe of it (much to my pride). Unfortunately, after almost a year of every day use, it clogged up. Just like the manufacturer recommended, I poured in warm water and tried dredging; but it stopped working. I tried dredging every time I walked past it for days after. Eventually, I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement. But, I think I got a lemon because right out of the box it did not work. I tried dredging but that did not work. Luckily, I had made a video of the entire thing. I sent that to the seller and they promptly refunded me. Now I’m off to order another one. I love this gadget so much that I’m willing to keep trying until I get one that works.

These are hopefully the last electronic soap dispensers we will need! I will update this in 6 months or so but for now will highlight why I like them almost months in (bought 3...two for baths, 1 for the kitchen and considering one more for our 1/2 bath ).... Love the fact that they are rechargeable. We went through two other types and they chew through batteries and failed within a year. It's important to know that this review is based on the FOAMING version. I originally purchased 2 foaming and 1 gel type...I returned the gel type and replaced it with the foaming type because they worked better and now we will only need one type of re-fill. Although it worked when thinned a bit with water, the foam types work so much better. The unit comes with a 39" charging cable, which allows flexibility to place it anywhere on your vanity or backsplash while being in reach of a receptacle when it comes time to charge it. BUT...these can also be lifted from their mounting tabs and brought closer to a receptacle if needed. We have them almost over a month and they are still at 98% (they have a very convenient charge level indicator that displays when you momentarily press the power button). Our receptacles with built-in USB ports make it even easier. Even if it was removed from tile, the adhesive mounting tab would most likely not adhere very well a second time. The dispensers themselves lift-off the mounts and replace easily for refilling, cleaning etc. The sensor isn't too easily triggered and only dispenses when your hand is placed immediately under the unit. At that time, the room temperature displays for a few seconds as well - not really sure why that would be needed, but it's there. So far, we have no issues with soap leaking out and find that you can clean the counter below it without activating it. Another nice feature is the ability to control how much soap is dispensed each time. We find the "2" setting is sufficient with 1 being the most. The only thing we wish were different...The choice of ring colors. You can choose the case color (white, black, green, etc.) but you cannot choose the ring color - They should make it a neutral silver or no color at all (match the case color). It is a goldish color which I'm not a big fan of. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the dispensers. In true fashion, I will be sure to update this after some time. Update 2026: One of the three units we purchased is showing signs of failure. Battery dies but status shows 100% and the dispenser doesn't dispense with the same force it did. Should I be happy I got almost 3 years out of it? I'm so tempted to just go back to the traditional pump versions and give-up on on these but my wife likes them. NOTE: I purchased this item on Amazon for full price and have no affiliation to the seller. I try to write helpful, unbiased and insightful reviews because I also read reviews prior to making my own buying decisions. I notice many reviews lack helpful information, are not well written or give poor reviews based on not following directions, failing to read the product details prior to purchasing, inexperience or lack of skill. this review is for the foam dispenser. It looks cheap, not fancy...just as shown in the pics.:) it works as described. takes 2 mins to adjust the soap and water. too much water will make it leak, and you won't get any foam. you can adjust the foam quantity easily. good!!

This is my 7th one. It’s wonderful, works well but stops dispensing after 3 months. It leaks as well. I feel it’s a waste of money on the long run. It should at least last for a year.

UPDATE - Seller saw my review and sent a refund as well as a new unit, and the new one doesn’t leak! Great customer service. Upgraded to 5 stars. ----------- I really like this dispenser and it works well. Battery lasts forever. But it keeps leaking all over my vanity. It’s not activating on its own… it’s just slowly leaking soap all of the time. It’s just normal store-bought foaming soap so I’m not sure why it’s leaking. Can’t keep up so I will have to get rid of it and patch the wall. Would give it 5/5 if it didn’t leak.
