Can this be used on the barrels of 12 gauge

Bisley grease is fine to use on the hinge where the barrels and action fit. It is not suitable for use on the barrels. Use something like Napier gun cleaner on the outside and inside of the barrels.

Can this be used for UNF threads on air rifles??

This is a very good quality grease that I use on my shot gun pivots, so should be fine on your threaded parts.

Would I use this before the gun oil or after if I'm using cleaning pellets?

You wont need this for an air rifle gun oil will be more than enough if you do buy use very sparingly
