My granny is quite . . . different, of that there is no doubt. In a world jam-packed with grannies, you'd always pick her out! Welcome to a hilarious series by award-winning picture book creators Tracey Corderoy (author of the hugely successful Shifty McGifty books) and Joe Berger (former World Book Day artist). There is more trouble afoot for the little girl whose granny is a witch, whom we first met in Hubble Bubble, Granny Trouble . Granny just loves to help – a little bit of magic always speeds things along – and she’s happy to whizz out her “helping kit” at the drop of a pointy hat. But sometimes all her granddaughter wants is to do things under her own steam, and to spend some time with her beloved granny. But will her birthday party go with a POP without any magic? Whizz! Pop! Granny, Stop! is a riot to share and makes the perfect Halloween treat, yet has bags of grandparent-grandchild fun to be enjoyed all year round! The charming combination of granny-witch theme, a warm message about acceptance, rhyming text and stylish illustrations make the Hubble Bubble series a bewitching brew for all little people who like a sprinkling of magic on their stories. Lovely series for Grandma and granddaughter
Loved the story especially in rhyme. Great illustrations, amused my 6 year old granddaughter, who was able to read most of it herself. I thought the app to hear it read by a child was engaging BUT went too fast to enjoy the illustrations, so no substitute for reading with an adult!

Great fun, quirkily illustrated, not too long, good rhymes and rhythm
Great fun - a rhythm that carries you along through the story, lots of fun, colourful pictures and a good quirky sense of humour. My toddler and 5-year-old love these books, and they're easy to read aloud (unlike some kids' stories - I'm looking at you, Elmer the Elephant).

Sweet Granny Pop!
Fantastic new discovery! This is such a lovely written story and beautifully illustrated which should sit on the bookshelf next to Julia Donaldson's books. Very funny and entertaining. Awaiting more.

Nice book. Sweet story and lovely pictures.
Nice enough story. Sweet idea. Lovely pictures. My four year old daughter liked it. I didn't laugh out loud or feel moved or anything but I liked it enough to reread if it is requested.

Very cute story about a little girl and her grandma. My daughter picked this out at the library and we liked it so much I wanted our own copy.
