3+ Years and It's Still Excellent!
I bought this in Canada and can't access my account there anymore but I wanted to report here that after 3 years this handheld is still the best I've ever had. (Remember useless Dirtbusters?) Does it do the work of a full vacuum? Of course not: but it does what it says on the tin! I'm in a studio flat, and it handles my dust and pet detritus fine. I do take care of my belongings, so I have been pretty consistent about keeping it and the cylinder filters clean, but I finally had to replace the hepa filter since the vacuum showed no signs of quitting. It was sold out, but Tineco could not have been more helpful in getting me a replacement (for it and the cylinder filters); their customer service was top-notch. I've just replaced the hepa and other filter and feel like I have a new vacuum again. These kinds of purchases are never fun because you dread buying something that's going to the landfill too early, but I've been really pleased with the life of this one so far. Edited to add: it's also been fine on my Ruggable--no damage!

Much worse than old Tineco A10
A shadow of the former Tineco A10. We bought this model a couple of years ago when it was new out and recommended by Which. It was great. Now we have bought another for another purpose and it is poor: barely 3 *. Battery canโt be separated from the housing for charging purposes and to replace when it wears out. The tiny dust canister cannot be disconnected from the main engine and battery for emptying and washing, so it will be very difficult to clean the pot without electrocuting yourself (easy to touch the on off switch by accident and no way of locking it off) and only 1 charging light instead of 3 when charging to tell you how it is doing. Altogether a perfect example of a good product forced into poorer quality by greedy capitalism. Donโt buy.

Misleading
They'll send you a dumbed down version of what's in the pictures, at least for A10 model. The unit I received had no detachable battery, the battery life was insufficient, there was no wall support included in the package. Luckily quick return via Amazon.

One of the parts do not fit
I bought the same product a few months back and the parts do not match. So I returned it and bought a new one two days ago and they still do not match? Did I make a mistake or Amazon sent the same faulty product back to me? It did not look like this with the same product I bought a few years back.

Broken
It's horrible, so I was annoyed because it needed constant filter clean as frequent as 15mins and now it doesn't work, there is a suction noise but the rotator isn't rotating to clean the area. Such a waste of time

Batteries didnโt work for long
Had this hoover and it didnโt work for long. Both batteries didnโt charged and had to throw away. Wasting of money.

Fixed battery
This cleaner does not have a removable battery like my previous model.

Unhelpful customer care department.
Having purchased this around 12months ago I give my honest views. Light and easy to use, battery appears to have a good life ( on standard power) in a 5 room house. However, battery is built-in so can only be charged in unit. Filters are ok but main cartridge filter appears to be a J clouth wrapped round a plastic tube. However, this does appear to collect very fine dust so clogs quickly. Washing under the tap and leaving to dry after most uses. Attempted to get spares from tineco but this was useless. Found some on eBay in the end. Over all it's reliable with regular filter cleaning and above all light. Picking up dust is ok but heavy soiling the boost button is required but drains battery 70% faster. I would purchase again if below ยฃ100 as parts are difficult to get hold of if battery unit gets damaged/ fails. Very plastic body so don't drop the unit!!

Wow!!!
I bought this thinking I would just use it for quick cleaning in the kitchen in between running the robot vacuums. My first time I ran it in semi darkness in the kitchen before going to bed, and wow! The light on the front lit up all the crumbs and even dust, and this thing sucked it all up, even the dust! (I had no idea my vinyl plank floors were so dusty! Yikes!) The light on the front revealed a perfectly clean area where it had been. I was so impressed I kept vacuuming on and on, didnโt even need to use the high power mode!! It was so satisfying to see everything it revealed on what I thought was my clean floors. I finished the kitchen and went into other rooms. I have a 15 year old Miele I paid $800 for back then, and this little thing easily does as good a job!! I am amazed! It is so maneuverable in any direction, lightweight, not very noisy, and does a fantastic job. Second time I ran it for about 45 minutes and got all but two rooms of my 3,000 Sq ft house cleaned before it needed recharging. I love being able to empty the dust bucket by just releasing the latch. Also, as I ran it I kept expecting to feel the pull of a cord stopping me but it is cordless! What a joy to not be limited by a cord! I have one area rug and it did get everything off it but unsure if it does as deep a cleaning as the special vacuum head on my Miele, but for spot cleaning the rug this is perfect, and I suspect if I use this in high power mode on the rug it will deep clean the pile. For fun: Run it in a darkly lit room and be amazed!! You canโt see how dirty your floors really are or itโs full cleaning abilities in daytime.

Very easy to use!
I first encountered this item at my daughter's home in Colorado. She has 2 dogs, a 3 year old and a newborn. Needless to say as the grandpa I did a lot of the cleaning. She has a big vacuum but when I discovered this vacuum I knew I had to get one when I got home to Indiana. We have 2 other vacuums and they are great but this one is very light weight, easier to use, very versatile in that there are no power cords so it is much easier to vacuum stairs. It's easy to switch the heads on it from the short to the long. The suction has 2 speeds and you can lock it or just keep your finger on the trigger. The battery lasts about a half hour but it charges quickly. I'm 72 and my wife is 66. The old vacuums are getting too cumbersome. The only issue I had was mounting it. The anchors were not that good for a sheet rock wall. I bought new anchors and now it's fine. One more thing, it's very easy to empty and clean. Great product!

Simple, easy to clean, reliable
This is the 2nd A10 we've bought. The 1st is 18 months old and continues to work well. Now we have 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Light and easy to use. Picks up dirt, grit, and cat hair from hardwood floors and low pile throw rugs well. No experience with deep carpet. No experience with kid-type-messes. The house isn't big, but our battery life is 2 or 3 weeks between charges. Works well. Does what it says on the box. Easy to clean.

Stronger suction, quieter and longer battery life than our Dyson ever was.
I'd give this only a 3 if it weren't for the very easy and fast customer service from Tineco with the 2 issues we've had. First is the dustbin broke. Kinda a poor design and I'm guessing it will break again within a year, but it's a $20 replacement. Oh well The customer service made it super easy to send a photo of the issue and then they mailed out the part, easy fix. The second issue was the charging cord stopped working and they sent out a replacement very quick after sending them a short video showing them the issue as well. The replacement cord is much better quality and wont have same issue I'm guessing. All in all, great product, just make that dustbin a little more durable.

Not worth it, even at half the asking price.
As the Public Enemy songs says; "Don't Believe The Hype". This thing is not worth the $130 we paid, look elsewhere and pay more initially for something that lasts. My wife is the main user, she vacuums up crumbs and such on our hardwood kitchen floor about every other day. Not very hard use, I would think, for a cordless stick vacuum. We don't use it on carpets, we have two larger vacuums for whole house duty. We always put it back to charge between uses, and yet the battery has died in 12 months. If we try to use the "max" setting now, to get some actual suction, the battery can't handle the load and it shuts off after 15 seconds of use. The normal setting has very little suction which means you go around and get the crumbs & dust, only to have them fall right back out of the brush housing as soon as you shut it off. There is not enough suction to get the crumbs and dirt up the wand and into the canister! Also the fit of the pieces which make up the suction tube is poor, they wiggle side to side. Charging is via a small cord that needs to be plugged into the side of the battery. As this price point, I guess it's too much to ask for the wall holder to have integrated contacts which connect to the battery for charging. Just one more thing about this vacuum I did not like. Now we have to go look for something else that hopefully will last. We should have done that in the first place, this thing was a waste of time and money.
