I ordered this kit because I had an old clock without a clock works. I got this kit because I didn't know for sure which works would work in my clock. I knew it wasn't the smallest one, but didn't think it was the biggest either. I was wrong, it needed the biggest making this kit the best to fit my clock. I'm glad I got the variety pack for the right fit. Instructions were spot on and it seems to be of good quality.

Worked extremely well. Needed to replace the previous one and this worked better than the original one. Especially helpful that I had 3 different length options because I was unsure which one I really needed. Two weeks later and the timing is still correct.

I’m using these mechanisms to complete 3D printed clocks. It can be a bit tricky to figure out how to make it all fit OK when the clock has a larger hole. I do wish that the instructions were on cards to go along with each clock, as it’s a bit of a pain to reproduce and make sure that information goes with each clock. I do like the variety of clock hands. It’s cool to get to pick out whatever works best for the design. I hope that this helps with your decision. Do let me know, and happy shopping!

A really good selection of battery drivers and hands for various sizes of clocks. You can choose the height of the driver and then choose the length and style of the hands. Pretty easy to put together even for a mechanically challenged person like me. Put together a couple of clocks with different sizes and they work just fine. Nice for those old clocks that are laying around the house. Would definitely buy it again

I love building or rebuilding clocks, I just loathe the ticking sounds that comes from them. That's where these mechanisms come in. This kit included a wide variety of hands to fit most anyone's style, though the hands aren't as thick as I expected them to be, they're still durable and thick enough for rebuilding a clock. Despite this, they're sufficient in strength, quality and fitment to the mechanisms. What I really appreciate though, is these mechanisms are silent with a sweeping second hand that doesn't stutter and make noise late at night when you're trying to sleep! Love these, 5 stars!

There are 3 different sets of hands and 3 different spindal size drives. The hands are not interchangeable at all. Some hands fit only 1 drive; some hands fit no drives. I needed a specific set of hands and they only fit the shortest drive but not the one I needed. Even when they fit, the hands hang loose and slip. Everything is very cheaply made, bends easily, and extremely fragile. This product should not be used in any professional applications. Returning for refund.

Review Update** After a few weeks of use we have found that both of the two mechanisms we installed and used are intermittently stopping and not keeping correct time at all…we checked and replaced the batteries with new ones, but the problems with the clocks intermittently stopping have persisted….. These clock mechanisms are an economical way to fix & repair a clock that is no longer working or to use when making/building clocks on your own….. Thank you for the fast service and shipping……

My digital timer in my truck that got stuck went out last thursday while I was cutting the grass using my royobi bush hogger. I bought this and fixed it in a jiffy. Then I made cornbread.

So I had a few older clocks that simply quit working, on a hunch I bought this set of 3. The installation was easy and the clocks are running great, keeping time etc. This was a great purchase since I didn't have to purchase new clocks. The instructions were brief however if you take your time and take the face off your old clock you can replace the mechanisms very easily.

These work very well as replacements for the ticking small clock mechanisms. Nice to get 3 different lengths of shaft to be used for thicker clocks. The supplied hands are quite long for my clocks so I cut them - but then the hand dimensions are a bit thick relative to the length of the hands. A nice movement with a sweeping second hand. Hopefully they don't wear the battery down too much as my older clocks did. I considered going to the Dollar store and just buying new clocks but found this and they fit my clocks nicely.
