These dumbbells are comfortable to hold and have a nice grip. They’re great for quick workouts at home and feel sturdy and well made. Exactly what I needed.

Ladies get your guns cut with these low weight dumbbells. These don’t slip when you sweet, they fit comfortably in your hand and they are small enough to hide in your bag. And if all else fails keep one in your bag just in case some dumbbell of an assailant tries to harm you. Never underestimate the power of a handbag that’s loaded. 7lb hand weights have been a great addition for me. They are nice quality and the textured surface makes them easy to use (even with sweaty hands).

I bought another set here, and they were too sticky and the grip was a little too large for my female hand (which isn't small). This set is better balanced with a slightly smaller and contoured grip and much less sticky! Great!
