This works for my 13000hx but thereโs certain things you need to know
Ok first off the inlet hole is relatively small it is a 1/4.. The only limiting factor of this is if your gas line is low pressure or your hose is too long. My 13000hx connection runs perfectly fine with a. 3/4 reducer to 3/8 hose then connected to the inlet hose.. my generator will not run if the hose is too long.. anything for me that is over 8-10 ft will not allow it to turn on.. If you buy this for your 13000eh or hx make sure you are close to the gas line as much as Possible wit make sure it will run

It actually works.
I took a chance on this. Thinking it might work with my Duramax XP1300HX but it did. Had to go to HomeDepot to get fittings. Making the inlet got from 1/2 to 1/4 (I think it was 1/4) so I can connect to the natural gas. Remove the propane hose and connected to this, press the prime button and turn the unit on. I was surprised. I let it run for a good 30min and it stayed on.

Worked for me!
Worked for me. My gas hose is 25ft long. Purged the line for about 20 seconds before I started it.

Warning! Will not run a Duromax Xp13000
This unit is way to small to run the Duromax XP13000 as described. Would not even start my XP13000EH. Inlet port is 1/4" even though description states you need a 3/4" supply line, and outlet port is 1/4" When I went to troubleshoot it I found it does not put out enough volume of gas for a 13KW generator. In fact if you read the description closely you will see that the stated wattage is 3KW and not 13KW. Not sure if they sent me the wrong unit, but I am passed my return window now, so very disappointed.
