Hand Casting Kit for Couples, 3D Keepsake Hand Moulding Kit

I was a bit apprehensive when getting this as a present but I was pleasantly surprised! Instructions were very clear, definitely follow them to make sure you don’t end up with a ruined mould with a million bubbles! I ended up using this with mine and my partners hand and the detail on the mould is incredible. You also get a couple of tools to help knock off any excess plaster or air bubbles. It’s a bit tricky pulling your hands out so be patient and try not to tear it at the top. Felt like it was a good size bucket, and good enough for size for most things you’d put in a mould. And yes, it would probably fit that too. If you’re looking for a unique and affordable gift to get someone then totally consider this!

Bought this again x3 pots first lot never worked plaster would not set.. but 2nd lot did and below is the phots it’s good but you have to paint your figure or it will over time dissolve.

Bought this for my son and it came out so lovely. Took longer to set but I loved doing it, haven't held my sons hand that long since he was a little boy. I even had a tattoo off it done on my leg

The quality of this product is very poor. The mould broke up with small pieces coming loose when we did the trial and the moulding was terrible. Therefore when we did the final item we reread the instructions to ensure we had not missed anything and religiously followed the procedure. The mould once again had small pieces breaking off and the mould split with the plaster leaching out around the edges into the container making the mould float! Complete waste of time. This was a work project so we had to return 3 of the 4 items we had ordered as we could not risk it. Even though the product was sub standard we had to pay towards the return! We purchased an alternative (chuckle) and the quality was very good.

Such a funny family activity, however, not the best for tiny children as they don’t keep their fingers still so just looks like a stump also make sure nothing touches the side of the bucket. Very easy to use and easy instructions to follow

This came out so much better than I expected, we practiced the position we wanted our hands in before we started mixing stuff, used a wooden spoon to QUICKLY beat up the mixture then dunked our hands, held it for about 5 mins and you can feel it get thicker, rinsed it with warm water then plopped the 2nd mixture in. Left it about 12 hours as we went out, came back and it felt a little wet on the base so left it on some paper towel and the next morning go to fixing the tiny imperfections. For the price I was really expecting it to be a bit pants but I'm well chuffed. Only thing that could be better is if the bucket was just a tiny bit bigger and perhaps a bit more of the mixtures. My partners hands are MASSIVE could only partially fit in the bucket, no chance of doing any other hand poses as he kept either touching the bottom or edge of the bucket and that would have ruined the whole thing. Overally though, super cool, love it!

bought for my daughters baby to do hand and foot moulds, definitely needs two people and much more different than you’d think due to the coldness of the clay and time needed to set before removing babies hand and foot. Baby didn’t really want to play ball, probably easier with compliant adults. We didn’t get anything worth keeping! Sadly
