I love all of these Love Language books. They make a huge difference in relationships. The first one on marriage changed ours tremendously. My husband & I have taught classes on these for years, have met the author and highly recommend them for gifts as well as for one's own improvements in relationships. We often give them as wedding gifts or to new parents, or those struggling with their teens To get the most benefit, you need both the book and the workbook. A very good book recommended for anyone married. I’ve been married almost 50 years now.

Thoughtful and surprisingly insightful
This workbook feels a lot like having a guided conversation with a therapist. It walks you through meaningful questions that really make you stop and think about yourself and your relationships. Great book. I purchased two books one for me and the other for him. We both read a chapter then we discuss it with very intimate conversations.

I LOVE this book and am teaching a bible study using this. I have read it many times. Knowing the specific love languages of all the people in tour life- parents, children friend, co workers-not just a spouse, leads to healthier and deeper relationships with others.
