Great bit of kit to try and stop those shin splint coming back. Have recommended to lots of my athletes. Not overpriced like some of the other brands. But solid heavy piece of equipment.

Very good bit of kit to work the front of your chalves and you can do leg extensions if you have a high enough bench to work from.

Game-changer!!!! I didnt know this kit existed. I run a lot, and my skinny legs suffer, really sore shins all the time. Used this today and can immediately feel the pull on the front of my legs..... in a good way 👍👍👍 Simple piece of equipment, but easy to assemble in 5 mins, sturdy, comfortable...... best thing I've bought on Amazon in ages..... and I buy a lot of cr#p🤣🙂

Nothing at all wrong with this tib bar. Decently sturdy steel, feels solid. Maybe bolts could be a little thicker, but time will tell how it holds up to the weight put on it. And for the people saying the weight squishes their toes...YOU'RE USING IT UPSIDE DOWN!!! Flip it over, and it'll work fine (in their defense, some pictures of the produce show it the correct way, and some the wrong way around). It should be used like a capital "T"...if you use it like this _I__ , then it's upside down.
