Durable
I’ve ordered this 2 Pack Drive Socket 891 802 replacement part multiple times, and it has always worked great. Fixed Vitamix Works as Good as New
I didn't know these parts were so inexpensive and easy to replace. I replaced it and the Vitamix is working as good as new.

Did not come with Allen Wrench, just the spare blender parts
This item came as promised and on time, we had to find another Allen wrench to install, however, as it only came with the parts, not the wrench as pictured/described. Once we found one that fit it was fairly easy to install and now the blender is working again. I only gave 2 stars for installation because of the missing wrenches.

Doesn't lock in the socket anymore
Previous set worked great so bought three more sets as back ups. Just tried them, these new ones do not stay secured in the socket. Even when screwed in tight like before, the piece slides right out. Very disappointed.

Doesn't fit? Make sure to clean the melted plastic off the square shaft on your machine.
I started a return and called Vitamix trying to find the correct part number for my machine (Vitamix 5300). Turned out I just needed to clean the melted plastic off the 1/4" square shaft on the machine for the new part to fit. So if it doesn't seem to fit try a sharp blade to scrape back down to the bare metal of the machines 1/4 square shaft. I will just note the OEM Vitamix parts have a phenolic/plastic square hole so if your blade jams it tears up this $10 piece instead of your $250 motor. This cheap replacement has a metal insert that might be more likely to cook your motor; a risk I'm willing to take with my 10 yr old Vitamix that has only just cooked this part for the first time.

My drive socket was off centre causing blender to shake loudly
Poor quality control, if the centre metal gear is slightly off centre as mine was, when you turn on the blender, i rattles the whole blender really badly

Parts seem good, not sure if if it fixed my issue yet, have not used the Vitamix since.
