Seems to be quality Tongkat. No real taste or smell, easy to swallow, and plent of benefits to be had(boosted T, mood regulation, improved focus)from taking regularly. As always with nutricost, capsules are easy to swallow and to supplements seem to be quality, especially by comparison to other brands at the same strength.

GUYS HEAR ME OUT. I started taking this to increase testosterone and just to feel better during the day and build some muscle etc. What I DIDNT expect was it to help/increase arousal and horniness. No joke on day 3 I could notice something different. Just looking at a beautiful woman would get me going. Not saying it’s like taking a viagra or anything but I’m 35 years old and things just start to not work the same especially if you are with someone forever. I never considered myself to have a bad ED problem but life and work kind of dulls things and makes it harder to get going and stay going. This stuff is a win win. It’s supposed to increase testosterone but I would need a lab test to know that. What I can definitely stand behind is what it does for my sex life and a little extra boost. Shoot, I forgot what it felt like to be in my 20s until I took these for a few days. Definitely a great value for the money and I will be buying again.

I take lots of supplements and have for decades. It's rare that you notice any difference and you just hope that a given supplement gives you the desired, advertised result. This Nutrcost tongkat Ali is different... You definitely notice a difference! Which is great in the case of energy and libido. Ive taken tadalafil (generic Cialis) by prescription for a few yrs. (TMI warning) 2 mg of tadalafil and I'm ready to go (and yes, I'm taking about sex)... But likely only once in an 8-12 hr window. I'm 61 so that hopefully sounds about right. Now with 1 month of Nutricost tongkat ali, I'm down to half a tadalafil tablet, or even no tadalafil at all and the same results in the indoor olympics. I've got several years of tadalafil use to know how it works and how it affects me... So there's zero doubt that this tongkat ali supplement is the difference. Not only that but the window for round two of the indoor olympics is down to 4-6 hrs. Again the difference in youthful performance is pretty amazing. That's not to mention that overall energy seems to be improved as well. I work out 3 - 5 times a week, downhill ski and mountain bike. Energy and youthfulness require healthy testosterone levels. And while I've never had mine checked, the improvements I've seen with this supplement and less tadalafil alone, are all the proof I need that this stuff works big time! My only complaint (and the 4 vs 5 stars) is that it has rice flour as a filler ingredient. It would be nice to know just how much rice flour, as rice flour is a known ketogenic diet killer. It's likely very little rice flour but there's no way of knowing the carb count in 2 capsules (likely between .5 - 2 carbs per serving?). I'm guessing here. But no rice flour would be better for anyone on a ketogenic diet. That said, it's impressive that Nutricost will disclose the rice flour ingredient in the first place. Some manufacturers would hide that fact. If you don't care about hidden carbs in your diet, this is an awesome supplement.

I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now and I’ve noticed differences that can’t possibly be placebo. I recently got bloodwork done about a week into taking this and my T levels were the highest they’d ever been. I didn’t get it tested right before I started so can’t say for certain that it was this supplement, but lately I’ve noticed a difference in my confidence when interacting with women, at work, even talking to staff at places I go to. I’ve found that certain tasks at work that would often seem annoying or daunting are much less so and I’m able to lean into whatever it is I’m doing. My desire to improve my life has gone up. I’m not saying it’s a silver bullet, but if you’re doing the right things in terms of your habits, diet, exercise, and lifestyle this is a great addition and pretty cheap. Highly recommend

I gave this a fair try over a few weeks, and honestly, I didn’t notice much of a difference. I was mainly hoping for some kind of boost in energy or overall performance, but nothing really stood out, especially in terms of testosterone-related effects. The capsules themselves are easy enough to take, and I didn’t have any negative side effects, which is a plus. The ingredient blend looks good on paper with tongkat ali, tribulus, and BioPerine, so it seems like it should be doing something, but for me at least, the results just weren’t there. I will say it might work differently for others depending on their baseline or how long they take it, but based on my experience, it felt pretty underwhelming. Overall, it’s not a bad product, just one that didn’t really deliver noticeable results for me.

El producto me ha parecido de buena calidad y el precio es razonable. Lo seguiré tomando como parte de mi stack. Muy recomendable si buscas ese empuje extra sin estimulantes agresivos.
