Good Book
This book in the Collins series I'd good . The information is simple but precise and it was very useful for my student . I would recommend this to anyone that is planning to teach Business English

Probably the best of the series.
Probably the best of the series (the other two being Listening and Speaking). Provides a good framework for writing longer documents, covers tone quite extensively and has a good selection of formal business phrases. On the negative side, I felt the book could have been structured better. There were also several errors. For example, "how" is not relative pronoun, as stated on page 25. Also, it fails to point out anywhere that the phrase "I would be grateful if you could...", which is repeated throughout the book, is not grammatically correct English, although it is widely used. The grammatically correct (and very formal) phrase to express a simple future condition like this is "I should be grateful if you would...".

Needed for one of my course, it's a very useful book ( help for writing CV, cover letters...)! I recommend it

A bit disappointing, to be frank. I think this was a rushed writing job. It seems so superficial and bland.

Dato che ho lavorato negli Stati Uniti più di 4 anni, questo libro non ha aggiunto nulla di nuovo al mio vocabolario o alle mie conoscenze aziendali. Per coloro che però non si sono mai occupati di affari fuori dall'Italia, questo è un libro ben costruito per iniziare a capire sia il business americano che quello inglese.
