Great High Volume Filter
I installed this larger unit because our well water is particularly dirty. We have a large water filtering system in place, but adding this filter in front of it helps to pull out the larger particulate. I initially had trouble getting the auto flush feature to work. I called support and they sent me a replacement module that works. I was thankful they stood behind the product (thank you to Francis on the Ispring Team). It is interesting to see all the sediment that was coming into the system previously! I like that this unit has a high flow rate, and also its own filter bypass (although I had previously plumbed in a separate bypass for a previous smaller unit). I also like not having to change out filters, which saves money and effort over time. You can see my ugly DIY install in the photo using 1" pex. I also posted a side by side photo with the next smaller Ispring unit (WSP50ARB) so you can see the enormous size difference!

Works well. Be patient with the bypass lever it may need lubrication.
I purchased the WSP100ARJ-BP Whole house filter from Amazon. I previously had their classic filter which worked for a number of years but our well water has started to have more sand in it so I needed to upgrade to a much larger setup. At first when removing it from the box I was unable to move the bypass lever. When I contacted iSpring Robert was a great help getting me a new head unit and instructions on how to loosen the lever. He suggested getting food safe silicon and I ordered it from Amazon in liquid form. It worked well, just be patient after applying it. The install was pretty straight forward and the auto flush works well with the type of debris I have. I maybe should've gotten the 50 micron filter since it does such a good job of flushing out the debris. Overall, this is a good product and the staff at iSpring was very helpful.

Top Notch Product
I recently purchased the iSpring WSPARJ-BP automated spin-down filter - see after installation image. The item arrived in good condition with all parts securely packed. It came with a 50 micron filter which should be adequate, based on an initial two-week evaluation. I live in a rural area which is underlain by alternating beds of thin limestone and shale. Water for the house and property is drawn from a hillside spring box. So the problem was excessive silt and fine sands plugging the 4.5-inch by 20-inch string-bound Pentek water filter over a short period of time. The result was lower household water pressure and lower water faucet flow. Changing the Pentek filter element on a short schedule was both tedious and costly. I needed to improve the filter life of the Pentek filter. Over the last couple weeks I have tested the iSpring WSPARJ-BP automated spin-down filter and it seems to work properly. I left the automatic settings in their default mode. I have used the auto-push-button flush mode for testing. I am very happy with the unit. Many thanks to customer service at iSpring for their timely and professional help during installation of the unit. Pros: 1) Works as promised; 2) a cost effective solution; 3) a good value for the money, well built; 4) helpful, responsive and professional customer service; 5) fairly simple installation, no leaks encountered; 6) automated and scheduled operation is easily programmed via installation instructions; 7) batteries included for battery-only operation, 8) capable of 110v operation, power supply included, 9) extra parts are included to convert to a fully manual filter unit operation, if desired. Cons: 1) The screws included for mounting the filter to the wall are inferior grade phillips-head and are too “small-headed” for the mounting bracket holes, no washers are included; 2) screws for attaching the filter head to the mounting bracket are difficult to use (think tiny short screws, tightly threaded and of the “flathead-type” design); 3) the bypass handle is difficult to shift from one mode to another; 4) the filter wrench can be used to help shift the bypass handle mode-to-mode but this technique is only illustrated at the seller’s website and not in the .pdf online installation/user manual; 5) the plastic drain hose came permanently kinked in two places - see image (iSpring customer service replaced it immediately when notified of the issue); 6) the filter body and filter head were way too tightly joined upon receipt of the unit and it was difficult to separate the two without first mounting the entire unit and wrenching it apart; 7) no instructions are given regarding the filter housing rubber o-ring used to seal the unit - for example: a] do not over tighten the filter body and crush the rubber o-ring, hand tight plus 1/8 to1/4 turn is sufficient to prevent leaks and o-ring damage, b] always apply a thin layer of silicone grease on the rubber o-ring to help seal it, c] maintain the o-ring by cleaning and reapplication of silicone grease during assembly/reassembly of the filter unit, d] expected end-of-service life for the o-ring ?, e] where can I order a replacement o-ring ?; 8) the current .pdf installation/user instructions, Version 01/2023, available online, are incomplete and need revision. Suggestions to iSpring: 1) Replace all installation screws with hardened hex-head design for easier sturdier installation; 2) coil drain hose for packaging; 3) ship filter loosely fitted so customer can inspect the internals and disassemble it for easier mounting; 4) update Version 01/2023 online Installation & User Manual .pdf

The automatic rinsing function is fantastic!
I've used a Lusco manual cyclone filter for years. While it worked, cleaning it was incredibly tedious. Every two weeks, I had to turn off the water supply to the whole house, disassemble the unit, scrub the filter, and reassemble it – this half-hour chore always gave me a headache. This Aishipulin automatic flushing filter is a world apart from the old one. I set it to flush automatically once a week, requiring no manual operation whatsoever. The touchscreen supports automatic, semi-automatic, and manual modes, making it incredibly easy to use. The brass fittings are much more robust and durable than Lusco's plastic fittings, and the larger capacity prevents clogging throughout the water supply. The 50-micron filter offers superior filtration accuracy compared to the old model, intercepting even finer impurities, and now my home's water pressure is at its optimal level. I truly regret not switching to this product sooner.

Great product.
Not a review person, but had to write few words about this product and company / people that sell. When product first showed up and after unpacking , product looked very well built, sturdy. Installed in March and after 3 months it works great, great flow rate, great filtration and over all very pleased. Had small issue with discharge valve, it seams didn't close completely so few days ago I contacted customer service at I spring filter, talked to Nick, explain issue. Nick in few days send new housing with valve, I just replaced , works great. Thanks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Pre-Filter – Highly Recommended! I installed the iSpring 100
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Pre-Filter – Highly Recommended! I installed the iSpring 100 Micron Jumbo Whole House Pre-Filter with the automatic flush valve, and overall I’m extremely impressed. Installation was straightforward, and this is an excellent pre-filter to install before any whole-house filtration system. A few installation tips that may help others: * Before installing the automatic flush valve, I recommend removing the bottom base and making sure the quarter-turn ball valve moves freely. * Break the initial seal manually before putting the system under pressure. This makes both manual and automatic flushing much easier. * I also recommend testing the automatic flush function before completing the installation. I skipped that step and ended up stripping the quarter-turn handle during installation. That was my mistake—not a problem with the product. I called iSpring customer service and spoke with Nick, who was absolutely outstanding. He quickly replaced the parts with no hassle and provided excellent customer support. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products. Performance has been excellent: * 1-inch inlet and outlet provide great flow. * No noticeable pressure loss. * Automatic flush works great. * Manual backflush using the 4-way valve is simple and effective. Overall, this is a well-built, high-quality product backed by outstanding customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable whole-house sediment pre-filter. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Works well
Does exactly what I wanted. We have high silt content in our city water here in Gilbert AZ and it helps preserve our RO primary filter. It doesn't restrict flow into the house. Note the drain line is like the size of a garden hose. I made it work with 3/8 water line to a drain and it seems to backwash just fine

Customer Service-Robert
Overall, I’m satisfied with the iSpring spin-down filter and especially with iSpring’s customer service. After installation, I experienced three issues: * The automatic flush cycle occasionally caused my well system’s low-pressure safety switch to trip. * The auto-flush ball valve not fully closing leaving a leak. * I was unable to register the product online. I contacted iSpring support and was connected with Robert. He took care of the registration for me over the phone and is shipping a replacement auto-flush mechanism under warranty. He also discussed the pressure switch issue with me. While there wasn’t a recommended solution from iSpring, we determined the filter itself appears to be functioning as designed. In my case, I’m planning to replace my well pump’s low-pressure cutoff switch with a standard pressure switch, since the problem only occurs during the automatic flush cycle. Customer service was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to stand behind the product, which made a positive impression. Although I encountered a few installation-related issues, iSpring addressed the problems they could control quickly and professionally. If the replacement auto-flush assembly resolves the leak, I’ll consider this a good product backed by excellent customer support.

From undrinkable well water to clean, safe water – excellent support from iSpring
After struggling for over 9 months to fix issues with my well water, I finally found a solution with iSpring—and I couldn’t be happier. My water was cloudy, had a strong sulfur smell, and wasn’t safe to drink. Nothing I tried worked until I came across iSpring and reached out for help. Laurence from their team guided me through the process and recommended the right setup for my situation. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to trust his advice—and it absolutely paid off. I installed the RCC7P-AK 6-stage reverse osmosis system, along with the WGB32B-KS whole house filter and the WSP50ARJ-BP pre-filter. The difference is incredible. My water is now much clearer, odor-free, and safe to drink. It’s a complete transformation. Huge thanks to iSpring and especially to Laurence for the outstanding support and expertise. Highly recommended!

Expected a little more
Works but seems to plug up and then have to take apart often for cleaning. The flushing does not seem to have the pressure to clean the screen of the sediment. Was expecting more but does help extend the life of the second filters in the system.
