Organic Smooth Move Peppermint Laxative Tea

The peppermint helps it taste better. The sienna helps my constipation. I also put on a tablespoon of alfalfa honey, raw and unfiltered. Amazingly, the honey helps it wok on my constipation. I use 4 tea bags because my constipation is really bad. I prefer this to something like propelene glycol which I don’t think is that healthy.

This tea works great for someone who doesn’t eat properly to keep the bowels moving. The taste leaves a little to be desired, but coffee drinkers like it.

This tea is a godsend when my digestion isn’t right. It’s very gentle and good tasting and really helps me sleep. Smooth move gives me a good boost Ineed it.

I always keep this tea on hand at my house. I usually drink it every 3–4 days when I need a little help, and it works great for me. The best part is that it works without causing cramping. I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s something I make sure I never run out of.

Tastes good but if you drink it everyday for regularity, it stops working. But still tastes good! Takes breaks and it works again.
