Works great in my grinder pump sump tank. This switch can be used as normally open or normally closed, just cap off the side you don’t need.

This product worked great, I only used one of the leg for my lift station but went with this product based on reviews and how it was made/constructed since it sits in Poop all day long. Length was great as well which other products were 5' shorter and I needed that extra 5'. Worked great in my single stage lift station to turn on pump only. Will update if the product fails. He who uses a cheap float likes to repair things after they go very wrong . This is an industrial quality float meant to last . Never had any problem with these.

Heavy Duty float switch, very heavy but high buoyancy. Make sure you have enough room for this large float.
