Do you have to cut them for fitting?

No- Ive had two pairs of Move insoles and both fit without any alterations in about 4 pairs of sneakers. The sneakers were Adidas Dame 7s and Adidas Dame Certifieds (all size 12.5 shoes, the insoles say size 12/12.5). Hope that helps!

Do the Move insoles work with drop in midsoles?

Didn't work for me. Sent them back for refund, try them u can always return for refund

Are these insoles good for high arches?

Have low arches so they hurt, maybe good for high ones, you can return them

Is the size actual sizing fit? Here it says 9-9.5 but on the move website it gives options for 9 or 9.5

I ordered the 11-11.5, my actual size is 11.5, they fit my shoes perfectly, I even have shoes that are a half size up (12) and they fit those as well
