I absolutely love love love this flat iron!! I believe this flat iron works just as good as the more expensive ones! I have natural 4a/b hair and this flat iron gets hot enough to straighten my hair without burning my hair. I also have long mid-back length hair so the 1.5 in plates work perfectly for my hair. Definitely a must have to get that sleek and shiny hair!!

Great product this is my second one, first one was the red plated one that I purchased in 2016 and here it is 2023 and I am just now needing a new one. Also please note I have coarse hair and it flatens great!

Working perfectly

I'm natural with very thick hair. I hadn't used heat in my hair for 7+ years. Decided on a change. Used this flat iron and was blown away. I stopped using heat because NOTHING absolutely NOTHING would get my hair straight. This one did its job very well, used 400 even though it goes higher and got bone straight hair. What I wanted!! Oh and the best is it only took one slow pass using Chase method. Washed hair and no heat damage.

Poorly manufactured flat iron; this is a flaw inherent in the design and each one you attempt to purchase will be as poor quality as this one. This is the 2nd one I tried to purchase in hopes that it would be as amazing as the red pro 460 I purchased 6 years ago. 2 for 2 failed to clamp my hair because of the 1cm gap between the two hearing plates. And despite the box label claiming to be a “longer and slimmer design” it’s actually much shorter and the slimness reduces its efficacy. @Redpro460 I’m begging you to return to using your old manufacturer. If that’s not an option then please show this review to your current one and urge them to make the very simple fix saving you many headaches and money.

Plates are very short compared to the Babyliss. I was trying to replace the Babyliss because the plates don’t squeeze together as they should over the past several years. I guess I’m going to return this and try again. I was excited when it said longer and thinner plates but that did not work out. I am a professional hairdresser and this is an iron that is sold professionally. When doing a Brazilian blowout I would much rather have more plate coverage.

I love this flat iron. The plates heat up in a matter of seconds. Price is great for the the quality of this flat iron. Its better than the Babyliss brand
