I have been taking this ForestLeaf Beef organs for about a month now. The first week I did 3 capsules to see how it would affect my stomach because I have gi issues and then then starting week 2 I took the normal dose of 6. It doesn't hurt my stomach at all. I have noticed more energy, clearer skin. I will be buying more. Reasonable priced. I have tr tried other brands but with the amount of beef organs (MG wise) and price this by far is the best one. It will take a few more weeks to get the full benefit. Excited to start my journey.

These capsules are easy to take. I am my late70s, and take just two a day, before my breakfast. So, these will last me quite a while. I can't say I notice a big difference, but I trust they are providing me with something I was not getting before. I'm glad I ordered them, and think this is a great product.

I don’t eat much meat so I took these for some added nutrients. I’m 30, workout daily and eat healthy consistently. It was time for my bloodwork and my LdL cholesterol was slightly elevated.
