The selection of the grey color was primarily influenced by a more favorable discount. The sound quality is exceptional. While these headphones may not cater to bass enthusiasts, they provide adequate bass. The standout features are the excellent instrument separation and clear mid-tones, which are crucial for an optimal gaming experience.These headphones perform flawlessly across all my devices, including my OnePlus 12. I thoroughly enjoyed using them during a three-hour session of Sniper Resistance. A significant enhancement over the previous model is the microphone quality, which is remarkably clear and effectively minimizes extraneous noise.Weight is on lighter side. Doesn't feel pressure or pain on ears after wearing for long sessions.Also, Build quality is solid and durable. Just go for it!

It has sound leaking from normal volume,that was its cone.Pros :- It is very much better sound quality, cute design and very comfortable I have ever see. And at that price it rock

When it comes to using with laptop or pc, it's a great headphone, especially with windows os. But with mac, it's not. You don't get the benefit of the hyperx software which is not available for mac os. The sound doesn't have a distinctive bass or treble nature. It sounds quite normal I would say, with the use of the software it gets better though. The mic quality is decent, the voice is clear but it can improve considering the cost. Even when the speakers does not have active or passive noise cancellation, it still cancels a lot of sound because of it's padding

I needed a wireless headphone for gaming on my desktop and phone and after a long research.. i selected HyperX Cloud III wireless. Even though I had some better options under 14k budget but they weren't available in India or there was issue with warranty. I was using an IEM(KZ ZSN Pro) and it was great. However, This headphone has better audio, a great mic which is really really needed for gaming with friends. It fits well and doesn't feel heavy even after long gaming season. I stretched the headphone a bit(used 2 thick pillows) as it was tight initially to get smooth fit. It has really long battery life... cushion are really soft that I doubt they will scatter if left unused for a long time and not treated well. Headphone frame is really durable and It's lightweight design is perfect for heavy gaming season. Overall it's great headphone under 10k budget.Here are some negative points to note with this headphone:1. No wired or Bluetooth option so you are depend on 2.4Ghz dongle that is irreplaceable. You cannot purchase it as it's not sold anywhere. Dongle lost/damaged means your headphone is just trash.2. Dongle(USB type-C) body is very wide that means you connect in your phone unless there is no back cover. Plus the adapter looks too big and it's little uncomfortable to use with phone.3. HyperX app(Ngenuity) is worse that is needed to get DTS sound with this headphone. It's laggy and weird. HyperX app for phone(checked with iphone) has no options for this headphone and it's only for earbuds/earphones.(While writing this review... i noticed a sharp cut on right cushion of headphone... i don't know if it was a manufacturing defect that I just noticed or something else 🥲)

I’ve been using the OG HyperX Cloud Core since 2016 and I finally wanted to retire it so naturally my first option was to go with the legendary HyperX again. I ordered the most mainstream clouds in my budget which are the Cloud 3’s (I prefer wired) without doing my research outside of Amazon. HyperX is such a legendary line of headphones I thought what could wrong? Well everything went wrong in my case.The moment the headset arrived I was really excited and to my surprise it couldn’t reach the half the levels of my current HyperX Cloud Cores. So I decided to fiddle with DTS Unbound app and to my next surprise, the app is not recognising the headset and it’s asking me to purchase DTS X license (HyperX states that DTS X license is available for lifetime with cloud 3 on it’s product description). So after a while I came to know that newer batch of HyperX cloud 3 no longer has DTS X support/branding through Reddit threads and this information Is not mentioned anywhere else. I tried their in house audio software and enabled their in house Spatial Audio and even after that it couldn’t reach the stock sounds of my old HyperX cloud. I Decided to do a little bit of more troubleshooting to get the device recognised by DTS unbound application, but even after trying multiple workarounds I could not make the app recognise the headset.Please be aware of these issues before buying. Overall the sound quality is very sub-par and doesn’t feel premium at all,the comfort is still top-notch though.TLDR; For those you don’t know- HyperX is no longer owned by Kingston and is currently owned by HP. It’s no longer the brand we once knew. The quality has gone down the drain over these years, The newer batch of these no longer has DTS X support or licensing and you’d have to use their in house NGENUITY software for Spatial Audio which is underwhelming and not up to par with DTS unbound. The comfort of cloud line up is still there but the overall experience and audio quality is ruined and not worth the price.

Used this for long gaming sessions and the memory foam earcups make a huge difference zero fatigue even after 3-4 hours.The 53mm angled drivers give a wide, detailed soundstage and DTS support makes gaming audio feel immersive.Mic quality is crystal clear, people on Discord instantly noticed the upgrade. USB-C + 3.5mm compatibility is a bonus — works across PC, PS5, and mobile without any fuss. Solid build, great comfort, excellent audio.Highly Recommended.

If you're tired of plastic headsets snapping after a few months, just buy this. The metal frame feels super sturdy but somehow doesn't feel heavy on your head. I use it across my PC and PS5, and it works flawlessly on both just by plugging it in. The sound is punchy without the bass being completely overwhelming, which is perfect for both gaming and listening to music. Easily a 5-star headset for the price.

It's great and loud enough but yeah it does leaks the audio and definitely not recommended for editing it's good for gaming and multimedia
