how many packets can I drink per day? i heard it's recommended to drink up to 16oz of (store bought) kombucha a day, and was wondering the equivalent

I only do one per day. ( these drinks are really tasty and some days it is hard to stop at one!)

How do the probiotics/prebiotics work after being freeze dried? Don't all the benefits get killed during the process?

All that I've read says don't use hot water because that will kill all of the "good stuff". I've been using cold water and I don't know if it is active or not.

Is the BerryBerry flavor carbonated?

It has only the very slightest bit of carbonation and, if you don't drink it immediately, there is no fizz. But it does taste good. I'm into my 2nd month and still don't know if it is doing anything for me.
