I am extremely impressed with the WYZE Floodlight Camera Pro. The 2.5K HD video quality is incredibly sharp, making it easy to identify people, vehicles, and details around my property. The 180° wide-angle view covers a large area, eliminating blind spots that other cameras often miss. The 3000-lumen floodlights are exceptionally bright and provide excellent visibility at night. The color night vision works remarkably well, delivering clear and detailed footage even in low-light conditions. Motion detection is fast and accurate, and I receive notifications promptly on my phone.

Living in a small town, not having good Internet at the time and not being able to have one of the high-end security systems when I found these I was highly impressed immediately. The camera quality on this floodlight is amazing. The set up easy. The install process was easy even though you have to buy the mount separately. I highly recommend this 10 out of 10 stars. I currently have three different Wyze cameras and every one of them are absolutely amazing even now that I have very good Fiber Internet and could easily switch up to one of the high-end camera systems. I’m still not. I’m going to stick with Wyze because I’m highly satisfied with them and the monthly fee is reasonable to have basically 24 hours surveillance on my property. I wish Wyze would contact me and let’s work together. I would love to promote these.

Just bought this cam/flood light to replace the original wyze floodlight cam. This new version has a much wider camera angle, the picture overall is clearer and the lights are nice and bright. The old style had 2 lights this one has 3. Be aware that if the lights stop working there are no replacement parts, that is what happen to my old one, the lights stopped working the camera worked fine, called to ask about replacing the lights and they said they had no replacement parts for them. That being said, I still like the product. You do not have to pay for monitoring, if you insert a SD card the camera will still record and you can go back and watch it. You have to go in and adjust your settings to do what you want. You can watch it live as well. There is a speaker you can set up or turn off. Overall for the sale price of $99 I think it's worth it.

Good quality camera sensor/image quality, good field of view for a yard area. Nice features, including smart detection (zooms in on moving people/objects, etc.), motion activation for recording (SD card or cloud), good ecosystem, good app. I believe this company was started by executives from another large tech company and they seem to have built a very good business and product/service.

After buying it, I now see reviews of folks having the same issue as us -- the cameras constantly go offline and we have to physically reboot the wifi router, cable modem, and power cycle the switches to the 2 cameras in order for it to maybe go back on. (This doesn't always work either). These cameras only worked for us for 1 week. Let me tell you why this is a really big problem: 1). You have to be home to try to get it back online... when you are on vacation, or say someone who spends 1/2 the year in Florida & 1/2 up north.... if you are away from home, the camera goes offline and leaves you unprotected and you won't be able to do anything about it. We bought the camera because of packages theft from in front of our garage, and mailbox theft, so having it offline is unacceptable. 2). The company does nothing about it. I wasted an entire 2 days on live chat -- I don't have time for that, and I will never get that time back. I don't get paid when I don't work. Even more of a problem, when I first contacted them about both our cameras being offline, they said it was because they had just updated & made changes, and we'd have to reboot the wifi router, cable modem, and cycle power on & off "only once" because of the firmware change. But my husband and I work from home. My husband's job is very stressful, and he was in the middle of a live issue (as he usually is)... we can't just power off wifi in the middle of a work day. I asked how often they would give updates and we'd have to reboot. I was told "very rarely". Well, after we rebooted everything, the cameras only worked for ONE HOUR before going offline again. So the issue wasn't resolved. And they continue to go offline. After sending them screenshots and logs and basically being a slave beta tester for them, the last email I got from the company said, and I quote, "My team doesn't have a way to interpret or access the logs and we have no control over this. What I can do is I will be submitting your feedback to the team. We won't likely hear from them but they usually solve the issue by including the fix through firmware and app updates." Any careful reader will notice: 1). the offline issue started from a firmware update in the first place. 2). Firmware updates require the reboot of router and power cycling -- so if you are away from your home for any amount of time, or if you work from home, you are screwed. 3). There's no indication that the company will ever fix this, as there was another review complaining about this issue from 3 months ago! There are other complaint reviews from 7 months ago. A security camera that is constantly offline is a complete fail, and the company does not care, does not value your time or money, and doesn't resolve the issue. 4). We are going to remove the cameras and return -- barely making the return window because we had to have Geek Squad install them for us and that took forever. We paid $400 to have these cameras installed, and now, we are going to be left without the yard lights we started with, and out $400. No accountability from the company for the money we lost, the time we lost, and the fact that we are not protected from theft all this time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Excellent 180 degree view which is better than any outdoor cam on the market at the moment without mechanical pan and tilt involved. Positives: Great view Excellent quality video High Resolution Low cost subscription AI alerts and recording events for autos, people, pets and packages Desktop web portal (most brands do not have this) No connection issues with either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi Alert, can play tone or say "Hello, You are being recorded" every 10, 30, 60 seconds when a person is detected. Wired to outlet, no batteries to charge or change Floodlight highly configurable, can be left on, dimmed/brightened, or auto on as motion/events are detected Floodlight can be set to time out after detection event is over (15 seconds after car passes for example) Floodlights (3 panels of lights) and camera are all individually adjustable up/down/sideways Night vision (in Black and White) when lights are off is excellent quality. Negatives: Sound, 2 way talk is unusable due to noise/feedback App is confusing, multiple sub-menus and options, could be better organized IMO Motion detection (as opposed to AI) alerts and recording is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough, unusable Desktop portal does not have controls or ability to change settings (only app), limited to viewing only Recorded events are cut short or start too late. Entire events are not recorded. Average is 10 to 12 seconds. The sound quality is terrible. The person outside can hear their own voice echoed after they speak, the person insides voice reverberates over and over resulting in a screeching feedback loop. They ONLY way I have found to use this feature is to isolate the microphone from the speaker on the phone inside. That means using a wireless earbud to speak. By the time you would find your earbuds, get them connected to bluetooth, turn on cam mic in app, the person knocking or delivery driver would be gone. Otherwise, there is no feeback/noise/microphone cancellation. Mic gets fed into the speaker and vice versa and becomes a reverberating screeching mess. So I would consider that when deciding if this camera is worth the money as one of the main selling features is not usable unless using a headset or earbuds with microphone to isolate the speaker from the microphone on the phone inside. The web portal is a great feature to have in my use case. It works well and I can see the camera on the desktop in full screen. You cannot make adjustments to the cam from the web portal. You can only view event recordings and view the camera in live view. I find the recordings are kept short, in some cases broken up in 2 - 6 short segments. The longest recording was 2 minutes even though we were outside in front of the camera moving around for much longer than that. In other words, when using AI event detection (people, packages, pets or vehicle detection) it does not record the whole event, just partial and stops recording before the event is up. If you set the camera to record any time there is motion, you can modify the detection zone by blocking out squares on a grid in your camera view. I found this buggy and almost impractical to use. Some squares are simultaneously covering areas I would and would not want constantly detecting motion (like the passing cars in the street) but that left part of my driveway not monitored as well. If i tried to block waving limbs from a tree, then that left huge swaths of the yard not detecting motion. The motion sensitivity on 100 picked up mosquitoes practically, but on 20 it would only pick up motion right near the camera for short bursts. It was impossible to find a setting between 10 and 100 that would detect motion without being too much or too little. It either did not detect much of any motion (missing important events) or it detected everything, even leaves wiggling in the wind and subsequently recording and alerting me constantly. I found using the motion detection to record events impossible to use. I set it back to AI detected events only. This means the camera records events when it detects a person, vehicle, pets, or packages using Wyze apps AI algorithms. It is not perfect. It is decent at doing this with respect to cars passing and people walking into view of the camera. It tends to not be reactive to people walking on the edges of the camera view near my car for example, but it is satisfactory. It also has not once detected any pets (several small dogs) who have run around happily in front of the camera multiple times undetected by AI. Overall, I am happy with the wide 180 degree view, the excellent quality video resolution, the low cost subscription plan (19.99 annual for Cam Plus) and the alert that "You are being recorded" in a booming authoritative voice. The audio quality when using 2 way talk sucks and is unusable. I am not happy about that at all. If they just didn't include it or list it as a feature I'd be even happier. There is also a loud click every 5 seconds like clockwork on the sound with live view. If the app had a speak/listen feature that would be better, the mic and speaker buttons are difficult to enable/disable ( Tapping the mic icon also simultaneously enables the speaker). I feel like the company is aware of this and chose to sell it anyway without quality microphone to speaker feedback cancellation. As I said, the person outside will hear their own voice several seconds after speaking because the playback on my phone is picked up by my mic and they can hear outside on the speaker. Everything played outside on the speaker is picked up by its own mic and vice versa inside. It creates unbearable screeching noise and cascading echoes. There is no settings or mechanism to adjust the microphone sensitivity outside or the speaker volume either. I am irked by the 2 way talk being so crappy to be honest but overall the positives outweigh the negatives and it is a great security camera and floodlight. Also, the Wifi connectivity has been solid and was easy to set up and get connected.

The supplier send me a defective one. The return policy was good. Fast and effection.

A perfect little upgrade to my garage floodlight and basic camera. Added easily to my CamUnlimited plan and it really takes advantage of tracking, identifying and the excellent low light camera. Whether it's day time, night time, with the floodlight on or off, the image is clear and high quality. With the floodlight on, it gives that little extra boost, which can be automatically on in the dark, or based on motion sensor, which provides ample light for seeing where you're going, or even deterring people who don't belong there. Sensitivity can be adjusted in the app and each light head can be aimed wherever is best for your individual situation. The camera, even in darkness provides ample light, like most of the Wyze cameras, giving you that little extra piece of mind without having to rely on the floodlight to illuminate the way. Even the exterior lights on the house don't wash the image out, or even make that much of a difference. The only drawback is to take FULL advantage of this, you need a subscription plan, however if you've already go the Wyze ecosystem, it's a no-brainer to install, and with a few minor tweaks, you can even integrate it into other smart home systems, such as Home Assistant.

Aquí les dejo un extracto de la biblia pero solo quiero ser sincero jajajaja Compré 2 y la verdad se comportan muy bien para el uso que necesito de iluminación más que nada y poder echarle un ojo a mi mascota de vez en cuando, 1 me ayudó a reemplazar 2 cámaras que tenía en la entrada principal de mi casa también, el detalle es que en este mes y medio que tengo con ellas ya tuve que resetearlas 1 vez y volver a vincularlas con mi cuenta después de un apagón que hubo en mi calle. He visto en Reddit y otros foros que tienen fama de desconectarse y no dar imagen, hasta el momento todo bien fuera de la experiencia que comenté, tal vez conforme vayan saliendo actualizaciones se resuelva eso. Si las comparo con las Wyze CAM v3 que tengo si se nota la diferencia de la calidad en la imagen, puedes apreciar un poco de más detalle, no es exagerada pero si se nota la diferencia y se agradece mucho. Las luces que tienen son súper brillantes, iluminan mi pasillo que lleva al patio trasero excelentemente, igual el frente de mi casa y el plus de que puedes programarlas para que enciendan automáticamente cuando ya anochece y se apaguen cuando amanezca está muy padre también, te deja configurar la intensidad de la luz y poner el máximo cuando detecta movimiento, sin dejar por un lado el que puedes configurar una sirena decentemente potente a mi gusto (comparándola si ya tienes una sirena para tu alarma de casa) de ser necesario. En mi caso, las tengo instaladas con unos adaptadores que cuentan con un cable para conectarlos a los toma corrientes ya que no tenía disponible instalación eléctrica para ellas y van muy bien, no pienso que sean hechas para obtener un rostro claro que te sirva de evidencia (que por cierto y quiero aclarar, que no están naaada mal a una distancia cercana) o las placas de un coche. Estoy muy contento con ellas mientras funcionen, se que suena dramático, pero es que eso de que me tiene con el pendiente de que alguna vez vuelvan a desconectarse o más grave aún, para alguien que busque depender de ellas como su sistema de seguridad y perder el video de alguna acción importante, fallaría en su función totalmente, aparte de la incomodidad de que tenga que volver a sacar la escalera para re programarlas cada determinado tiempo, me hace darle 4 en lugar de las 5 estrellas. Las recomiendo sin dudarlo como un complemento de tu sistema de seguridad o simple monitoreo, solo hay que estar consciente a lo que son propensas y si estás dispuesto a ello.

Am so impressed with this combo cam/floodlight. Super easy assembly and setup - with mobile app assistance🤩 Camera is super clear day and night. Mobile app is top notch with many features. Love the realtime video/audio monitoring on my phone. Audio is remarkably good. Am using a micro SD card. Winter will be the ultimate test👍
