Weak ankles work them now before its to late. Still young, but in physical therapy, after hip replacement. 2 years of hell. Home gym getting bigger, super nice product I got xl but regular would of been fine. You can wipe clean, I'm 125 pounds, I barely sink into the foam. Ankles get a work out in a short time. U tube has more exercises when advanced.

My papo is currently not doing well and has to spend a lot of time sitting in a chair. I bought this for him to sit on in the chair to help him get in and out of it easier since it keeps him from sinking into it and raises him a bit. He has also said it is helping alot with the pain he was having from sitting so long

This pad seems to be just as good as those you'll be asked to use if you go to a physical therapist for treatment of balance problems. It's thick enough and stiff enough to support a good deal of weight without bottoming out, but still makes you work to maintain balance. Shows no sign of wear after several months of use. "Extra large" is a bit of an exaggeration, but it's the same size as I was asked to use at PT.

Helps build quad strength

My doctor suggested I start working on my balance after I sprayed my ankle last year. I really like this balance pad. It's not easy to balance on and that's pretty much the point. The thickness is also a plus because I will sometimes use it when I'm working out on the floor and need to get on my knees. My knees can get pretty achy on the hardwood floor so now I kneel on this. I really like it. Definitely worth the price.

Pad is thick and stable (not flimsy like some of the other brands).

This is a nice, large balance pad. It is long enough to stand on it with feet “in line” (heel to toe) for more difficult balancing work. (I wear a women's size 8 sneaker.) The material is nice, the pad is thick and ‘cushy’. Works just like the ones I used at the physical therapy center. I am very pleased with it and know I will get a lot of use out of it.

Good quality, no smell, good as a seat cushion, foot rest, under your feet at a standing desk. Lightweight, no smell.

I bought 2 of these; 1 for me (senior) to sit on in the bath tub - perfect softness & strength to sit on or kneel on in the tub, plus I can use it when on the floor playing with my grandchildren. 2nd one but for my 6 yr old grandson for before/after his hip surgery (Perthes disease) so he can use in tub & everywhere else. This pad is well made, great blue colour & waterproof. It will float in tub but once you sit on it, it stays in place. This would also work for sitting on the steps, many many uses. Love it!

あえて誤った使い方をしています。 車のシートがヘタってきたので1～2時間運転すると疲れるのです。髙反発座布団を使用しても沈込みがありました。 駄目元で、こちらを使用したら全く沈み込まない。 しかも、お尻で座るというより、腿で座る感じで同じ距離走っても疲れ方が違います。 但し、シートの高さが7cmアップするので 目線が変わります。上方が見難くなりますが、前方視界は良いです。 強いて挙げるなら、他のドライバーさんの目線よりも高い位置で運転してるので、違和感を感じる人も中には居るかも…。 座布団替わりですが、ほんのりと温かく、今のところは蒸れは感じません。夏になると蒸れの問題は出てくるかも知れませんが。

This product was a great help for me while rehabbing a nasty ankle injury.
