We bought these straps for use on our electric scooter instead, and they’ve been perfect. The hooks are sturdy, open and close easily, and hold a decent amount of weight without slipping. We hang a small bag or backpack from the handlebars and everything stays secure even on bumpy paths. The straps adjust quickly and the locking mechanism feels solid. They’re simple, well-made, and way more useful than expected. Great little accessory if you need a reliable way to carry something hands-free on a scooter, stroller, or bike. These were clutch in our trip to Disney. With a stroller in tow but also tons of other stuff to carry, it was nice having these to hook bags and water bottles for easy access. One of them broke after one use but I’m going to take the blame on that one. The hook still works but the spring doesn’t work.

Great I use them on my walker to carry extra bags. The Velcro is strong and it can carry my purse, which is very heavy. They work great for what I need them for.

Was skeptical cause this one was a lower price than most. Works perfect. I have a 32 oz water bottle bottle that this holds while full, in addition to the water bottles that are put in the pouch it holds. My older kids are constantly using and abusing the pouch that is attached by these hooks and they have not budged. My stroller gets used every single day. It looks nice with my mom push stroller and my my mom cozy pouch. Good product.
