Excellent grinder
Excellent grinder, purchased almost 18 months before, working amazingly, loved the grinder. A must have product, easy to recharge and efficient in grinding, can use pepper powder fresh every time without giving trouble to our hands.

Good product , but has a major draw back .
The product is very good and looks elegant on the dinning table , have been using it for over a month with no hassles , but the unfortunate part is the glass jar . The pepper mill accidentally slipped out of the hand , and fell on the dining table , and that was the end of the glass bottle . Alas Agaro does not provide a replacement bottle , so one needa to buy a new grinder every time .

Great product- must have for any kitchen!
Wonderful product. Using it for the last few months and it works extremely well. Recently, the glass container broke after falling from our hands, however, on contacting the service centre, we promptly got a replacement spare for nominal charges. Overall extremely satisfied with both the product and after sale service quality.

Easy pepper crushing
"Excellent product! The best feature is the adjustable grind size, controlled simply by turning the rotor. It is incredibly easy to use—just tilt it down to start and flip it up to stop. The built-in LED light also gives a clear view of the pepper quantity. After 5 months, I had a charging issue, but customer service responded quickly. When they couldn't fix it online, they replaced the device with a new one. Excellent customer care!"
