FAQ 202 Advanced 8-Color LED Face Mask - Advanced Skin Care Device

Been using for a couple of weeks now, it's so easy to use and comfortable to wear with the adjustable back strap. I love that you can use pre set treatments or just pick the light colour you want and for how long. The app explains everyone about the colours and how to use it it's very easy to use once the mask is paired to your phone. I do think it's certainly helping my skin I do feel refreshed after using it and find it fits my face really well, its easy to clean with the spray provided. Wish the mask had a little bag or something to keep it in as the box is quite large to keep it in. Would definitely recommend it's pricey but If you compair it with the price of facials over time it's good value

I got the this for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! It’s wireless, super easy to use, and really comfortable thanks to the soft silicone design. She’s been using it regularly, and her skin already looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed after just a few weeks.She loves having different settings to customize her treatments. The only downside is the price, it’s definitely an investment. But considering the results, she thinks it’s totally worth it. If you’re looking for a high-quality LED mask, this one’s a great choice!

For this price-point I was expecting excellent results and I am pleased that this face mask delivered on it's promises. It arrived well packaged, with clear guidelines. The product seems manufactured to a high quality, than other brands I have previously tried. The facemask itself is lightweight and compact which I love as I travel a lot. The settings are clear and easy to use. The mobile app works well. I love the fact that there are various treatments instead of a 'one-size-fits all' type of of programme. I have tried it on a few occassions so far, and can visibly see that my skin feels softer, dark lines and winkles have significantly reduced and my complexion feels hydrated. I think this is a much better investment rather than creams and other skincare consumables, that you try over and over again with no results. I have recommended this product to family and friends and can easily recommend to others. Forgot to mention - I really like the contour of this mask, it doesn't get in the way of your nose, mouth and eyes, so you can go about your business whilst improving signs of aging.

Having previously had light treatments as part of hydrafacials and having a couple of friends who are absolute devotees of various different home light masks I was really excited to try the FAQ2As many of the other reviews mention the silicone material makes the mask extremely comfortable which is definitely a stand out feature vs others on the market. It also seems to give a really even distribution of light.It’s super lightweight but also feels secure, and the wireless is great - you can go about your day with this on seamlessly.The battery lasts a good few uses before having to recharge too.I have been using both the preprogrammed sequences and my own selections most days for the last few (3) weeks and I do think with long term use it will be very beneficial. I’ve got into the habit of using the 5 min programme and a quick pick me up if I am going out in the evening and it genuinely makes my skin look brighter and perks me up after a long day.I hope that foreo consider further developing the app as it was quite hard to set up initially and it’s a bit clunky. For the price I would expect it to be a more seamless experience.It would be great if you could build and store your own favourite programmes too to complement the preloaded ones. This would be a real point of difference vs others on the market which again would help to justify the price.But overall, so far, so good! It’s highly convenient and after a relatively short period seems to be starting to have an effect on my skin.UPDATE: I’ve been using this on and off for a couple of years now and it definitely has made a difference to my skin. However the battery has stopped charging after 2.5 years and the support team are refusing to help repair or replace. The most they are offering me is 15% off to buy a new one! Really unhelpful. For the price of the item it’s really poor service and has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Based on this I can no longer recommend as a full package.

The mask is well packaged and comes with some cleaning fluid.Setup is minimal and you only need the FAQ Swiss app in order to pair your mask.Using the mask is also very simple and it fits well to the face with the adjustable straps to hold it in place, you the choose the LED setting which fits the treatment you are trying to achieve (7 different led colors all treating different skin conditions). Perhaps a future enhancement would be to have a combination of different led colours on at the same time to achieve multiple treatments in the same session (each session is recommended 10 mins of a single colour).Having used the product for a short while now i'm not convinced its had any effect on my skin and for the high price I don't think i can recommend it but due to it being well made and providing set treatment schedules perhaps it's just my skin and i can't also say for sure it doesn't work.

FAQ 202 Smart Anti Aging NIR + 7 LED Face Light Therapy Mask is definitely a next-level and next-generation skincare device that takes your routine to a whole new level.This wireless LED mask has 600 light points and 8 different LED wavelengths targeting various skin concerns like anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, and dullness.Here are my thoughts after 2 weeks of use.- Design: Fairly lightweight, flexible, silicone mask that has an adjustable headband for a better and tighter fit. Well-made and looks and feels durable and qualitative but I wish it was a bit wider as it doesn't cover the lower jaw (see the pictures).- Battery life: it takes about an hour and a half to charge and will last for about 7-8 treatments depending on the time (I usually go for 10 minutes Red or 15 minutes Anti-Wrinkle treatment plan).- Packaging: The mask comes in a nice cardboard box with a colorful sleeve. When opened it reveals a plastic face mould with a mask and then a charger cable and cleaning spray underneath the mask. If to be honest it is a very modest combo taking into account the price point of this particular mask. I would expect to have at least some sort of storage pouch.- Value: This is one of the top-priced masks I have seen. If you think that £150 is a lot for the LED mask then you need to think harder. I have one that is just a bit over £100 and you can definitely see and feel the difference but is it £450 worth...I am not sure yet.- Mobile App: it is not mandatory but highly recommended if you want to adjust settings, check your mask's battery level, find your device (yes this one as well), and access some treatments. It gets connected via Bluetooth and is quite responsive and fast. You can even listen to some calming music while performing a light therapy treatment.- Care plans: you would think that spending a fortune on the mask itself will mean that you are set for life but unfortunately you will be presented with two care plan options which are mandatory. The first one is £6.99/month and ensures that you get premium protection, priority support extended warranty and access to treatments (only 2 are free and available for everyone). The second tier is £9.99/month and on top of the first tier, you will get a free device upgrade after 2 years.- Results: Even though I can't brag about significant results after 2 weeks of use (7 treatments) I am happy with the results. If to be honest I didn't expect anything exceptional after such a short time and I still believe in this type of product. What I can report though is that my skin looks much healthier and has the natural pinkish glow. Also, I see a significant improvement in the skin's moisture level as not only it hold the moisture longer, it feels more plump and hydrated.

I have used led lights from previous 5 years when this technology was new on the market and this is the seventh mask that I tried.There are some pros and cons with this mask that I could listed down here after nearly 2 months usage and these are firstly the most advantages that I like:- It’s compact and light! No cord, the battery could last 6 times of use (15 mins each). Normally with the old devices, I could only use with cord or if not, the mask would be really heavy and I would have to stay on my bed when putting it on, with this new one, I could roaming around my house while using with no problem even I won’t notice it on my face!- It has 7 lights on total!!! Yes SEVEN! Normally, even with the one I bought over £1.500, I could have 3 to 4 lights only and this item is half of the price with double number of the light! Also, there’s a setting in the app to choose the light from lighter to medium and stronger which would suit any needs.- The lights are not too bright as other devices. For the previous ones that I tried, I had to stop using them due to too strong and bright light, I couldn’t keep my eyes open due to that and there’re so many evidences that with too bright lights (red lights), our eyes would be damaged. The one I bought last year had an eye protector but even when using it, the light was still too strong to my taste and I definitely couldn’t see anything while using.- This FAQ mask WORKED! After 1 month of using it, I could see my pores are less visible and my skin is leas oily than before (my skin care is still the same as before). For the wrinkles, not so visible result but I think I could feel my skin smoother, let wait and see! If you follow my review, I shall update in the next few months if there’s any changes.Cons:- The silicone! Yes, the mask is made of silicone which is light and compact to use but I had to clean it every time before and after using as the material is really easy to get dirty and the mask is fitted close to my skin (not like other brands) so if I don’t wipe the mask, I’m worried it might not hygiene for my face.P/S: For a fair review, I won’t mention other brands, thank you!

This is clearly a premium product at this price point so I’m taking this into consideration with my review.I have suffered from Rosacea on one of my cheeks for the past 3 years, I’m a mid 30 male and it does really bother me. Having visited a number of dermatologist and a number of different creams to no avail. I came across this product which claims it can help improve this condition. I have been using this every 2-3days for the past 4 weeks and if I’m honest I can’t see any material change. I’m not saying it doesn’t work at all! Immediately after use my skin does refreshed but for me, it’s not long lasting, by the next morning it’s back to how it was. I will continue to use it on the off chance there are some long lasting benefits.The App, it is easily laid out and paring is flawless. However, it’s difficult to know you are getting the best out of the device when you are trying to target a specific condition. There are 2* pre-loaded treatments, Anti-wrinkle and quick refresh neither of which really fit my needs. The only other option is to cycle through the different light treatments yourself, not knowing how long you should use each one to get the most out of it. The instructions suggest 20mins per day.Red – Diminishes signs of agingBlue – Reduces Blemishes & OilinessGreen – Brighten dullness & even skin toneOrange – Revitalizes for a healthy glowPurple – Targets inflammation & fine linesCyan – Calms and relieves stressed skinYellow – Reduces redness & soothes skinI have ended up spending between 5 & 10 mins on a few different lights not really knowing if it’s right for what I want to achieve.*Recently the app has had an update adding 2 new treatments repairing and brightening, Repairing seems to fit the bill somewhat however, to unlock this I need to pay £6.99 month which is a complete joke after paying this amount for a device.As I said at the start, this is a premium device. Whilst the silicone itself fits well and feels well made, the gold surround isn’t perfect with a few imperfections. It does come with a stand, but this is just part of the box and I feel will not last the test of time, it almost went in the bin thinking it was just part of the packaging. Battery life is fine and lasts a few uses. No batteries required but it would be nice if it used USB C so I don’t have to dig out the cable it comes with. It also has a find my device feature which is flawed as you need to switch it on and connect via Bluetooth first.My wife has also used it from time to time, she also agreed that skin feels refreshed at first but doesn’t last. It’s annoying that you can only have 1 account assigned to the device so we end up sharing a login so we can both use it on our phones.Overall, I’m not sold! I will be continuing to use it for a while longer as I will do anything to reduce the Rosacea on my cheek but I’m not holding out much hope. On the plus side I do feel like Iron Man when wearing it!

Dayanıklı olmayan silikon kısım elinizde kalabilir. Narin bir şekilde temizlemeniz gerekir. Bataryası kısa zamanda bitecek gibi. Tam şarj ettikten sonra ilk gün 25 dklık bakım yaptım, ertesi gün 15. dk'da kapandı. Sadece bu yüzden bile ömürlük bir ürün değil. Üstelik güç aksamı alın bölgesinde kocaman bir alanı LED'siz bırakıyor. Herhangi bir sorun çıktığında olmayan müşteri hizmetleriyle iletişime geçmek yerine, dermatologların önerdiği bir LED maske satın alacağım.

Ho provato la maschera FAQ 202 per alcuni settimane e sono veramente impressionata dai risultati!La fototerapia ha migliorato visibilmente la mia pelle: le rughe sono più levigate, la pelle è più luminosa e le macchie scure stanno scomparendo.È comunque facile da usare, si adatta perfettamente al viso e offre diverse modalità di trattamento con luci di diversi colori. È anche molto comoda e non irrita la pelle. Sono molto soddisfatta!La cosa che mi ha piaciuto tanto è quanto sia semplice registrarsi sull'app e scegliere il tipo di luce che più si adatta ai miei bisogni.Francamente è un soluzione fantastico per chi vuole risparmiare tempo e denaro, avendo un trattamento estetico a casa.

DO NOT BUY. There are NO LIGHTS BEHIND THE LARGE BLACK DIAMOND so half of your forehead and the key area area above your nose/ eyes is completely missed. The eye area is also too big and the nose gets missed so it really only works on your lower cheeks and chin.I bought this to help my rosacea and daughter’s dermatitis which presents predominantly in our eyebrow top of nose area. Upon opening the box I realised there were no lights in that area and the product was not fit for my needs. But they would not refund me my money even though I hadn’t used the product.Their customer service team didn’t offer any kind of support that solved my issue. No refund allowed, could exchange for another of their products (but all their led facemasks have the same issue) or a 20% discount to buy a handheld device to support that missing area (which is a joke given their high cost).I am beyond mad and probably should report them to the ACC in Australia so I hope this review helps other people avoid a really disappointing experience with this company and device.

Mein Gesicht wirkt straffer, meine mimischen Falten sind sichtbar reduziert, und das Beste – ich hätte nie gedacht, dass es so schnell funktionieren würde. Selbst meine Post-Akne-Narben scheinen sich langsam zu verbessern, was mich besonders freut.Das Gerät ist unglaublich praktisch in der Anwendung. Ich kann einfach die Maske aufsetzen und währenddessen meine alltäglichen Aufgaben erledigen – ein echter Vorteil im stressigen Alltag. Ich bin schon sehr gespannt, welche weiteren Ergebnisse ich in den nächsten Wochen sehen werde!Einziger Minuspunkt: die Verpackung. Der mitgelieferte Boks ist weder besonders praktisch noch schön – einfach eine gewöhnliche Schachtel. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mir zudem eine hochwertige Gesichtsserum-Probe als Zugabe gewünscht.Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden und kann das Gerät definitiv weiterempfehlen!
