100 lbs, 150 lbs, 200 lbs, 500lbs. These load capacity numbers are contradictory and all over the place. Care to explain?

Looks like it's because of the different sizes they offer. 500 on the ground(flat or on wheels), but 200 for wall mount. With 3 or 4 sizes, and a foreign company, it's no surprise the description is everywhere. The directions are rough.
