This is one of the best products I've ever bought. When you sit at your desk using your computer for hours, your posture and neck naturally point where the screen is, and if it's on your desk, you're angling your head down. After I adjusted the riser to a good 6" height or so, my posture INSTANTLY improved, as this naturally forces you to keep your head high and work at eye level. My back feels it, my lower body feels it, my neck and shoulders feel it - the change in posture, that is. This riser is well made, and heavy duty. It is supporting my smallish and light laptop but I wouldn't hesitate to put a larger and heavier one in here.... and/or get the next size riser. The allen joints/screws/ are very tight and holding strong. I wish I bought this 20 years ago. Really. Do your posture a favor. (I'm an actual customer and not getting paid to write this. I'm just amazed at how quickly and effortlessly this works).

I absolutely LOVE this. I work online using my desk at times and my lap at times. It is easy to adjust and when I go to the library using my computer it fits right in my bag! Portable. Very sturdy. Keeps the computer cool. There was nothing to assemble. I have had trouble with migraines radiaitng from the back of my neck. Looking down causes a lot of neck strain. This has helped. Highly recommed to buy this.

Every time I look at a new item I want to purchase I always look at the ratings but I look at the lowest ratings and it seems that everyone says the same thing about every item. Don't buy it, it's this it's that blah blah blah. Everybody complain that this laptop stand was hard to open and maneuver. Isn't that a good thing? At least you know it's got tension to it and it's going to hold your laptop. Sure it takes a little force and strength to open and adjust but at least I'm guessing it's going to keep its tension a long time. Here's the problem I have and it's not with the item. I have a Dell Inspiron 15-in which is 17.3 diagonally. This laptop stand holds it very well and grips the surface very well. It doesn't tip over or anything. The problem I have is that my laptop is too big for this. When I open it it seems like it wants to flip backwards off the workspace. But I don't blame the stand I blame my big laptop. This would be good for a smaller laptop. But I am not sending it back and I'll tell you why. It's made so well and it's so strong that I'd be foolish to send it back. What I did is I put a few velcro strips on the bottom of my laptop and a few velcro strips on the top of the stand. When I place my laptop on it it holds on to the stand perfectly and it's strong and doesn't want to flip backwards. I will provide some pictures. For the price I pay for this like I said I'd be foolish to send it back because it's so well made. I have to laptops that are identical and I'm going to purchase another one for that other laptop. So if you want my advice use a smaller laptop or do what I did and just buy some Velcro which is cheap and do what I did. I can still take the laptop off and put a different one on with no problem. If you look at the pictures I provided I used Velcro on both surfaces. They line up perfectly and there's a stronghold. I can shake my desk or table and it's not going anywhere. Thanks

Love this stand!! It is sturdy and compact. It does not move unless you want it too. I am using it with my microsoft surface pro 7. I have the keyboard hanging off the front edge and it works great. I have also used it with the screen on top and ant keyboard below. I really can"t see this not working with any laptop or tablet. I like the solid base because I use it as a mouse pad when i do not have my keyboard there.

I shopped a stand like this on a Amazon until I found one that seemed good for the price and durability. I didn't use this stand for a laptop, instead, I am using this stand to prop up one of my VOX guitar effect unit. The VOX unit is a bit heavy and this stand props it up with no weight issues and has remained in place with no problems.

This works perfect for my laptop. It is adjustable and does not take up alot of room.

Hatte ein wenig bedenken als meine Bestellung ankam, da mein Lappi nicht gerade leicht ist. Aber mein Lappi passt ohne Probleme in die Halterung rein und lässt sich einfach nach vorne und hinten verstellen. Bin sehr zufrieden.

This is so compact, easy to flip open and comes in a nice little velvet case for easy portability, very sturdy as well despite its small frame.
