Kids Wall Clock - Learning Clock, Silent 10in, Classroom & Homeschool

FINAL Update: Feel free to see my original review and updates below. I'm very happy to say that the third try did it! Customer service sent me a replacement clock, which also didn't work. They followed up with me again and said that they would be receiving a new batch of clocks with a re-vamped motor in May of 2018. I happily agreed to waiting for the new batch of clocks as I really do like this design. Success at last! I didn't have to follow up as they remembered on their own to send me the new item (SO refreshing). I was happily surprised to receive the package in the mail. The clock has been in my son's room for about a week now and has been working perfectly! It is definitely keeping time. I love the design and style. The clock is extremely light weight and is incredibly easy to hang. There's no fear of damage or injury if it were to fall of the wall because of being made completely of acrylic. At first I thought the clock seemed cheap because of this and now I actually prefer these materials because of the safety reasons. It looks very classy on his bedroom wall. We look forward to having this clock for years to come! Thank you for your excellent customer service; for caring about your products and customers enough to make this right. I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future. Update: ***customer service is AWESOME! I wrote this review and a couple of hours later was contacted about being fully refunded as well as shipping a replacement clock. I’m so surprised! I hope this clock works and will update this review when I receive it. Original Review: LOVED the idea and design of this clock. It does look a little cheap though as it’s made out of plastic (acrylic), but I loved the way the face was organized and knew it would be perfect for our baby boys room. Unfortunately, I finally had to return it because the clock wouldn’t work :-( because of the price, I am hesitating on whether or not to order it again and take another chance. Maybe I just received one with a faulty mechanism. We tried many different brand new batteries and it just would not keep time.

I purchased two clocks to introduce my daughter to telling time (plus we could use an extra clock). It’s appealing to the eye. I love how the hands are labeled; broken into quarters, hours, minutes and seconds so she can see that there are 60seconds in a minute etc. Easy to use wall clock; it was delivered in a timely manner. I had an issue with one of my clocks and Adrian assisted me most excellently. I would say it was the best costumer service I have ever received; friendly, prompt, and professional. I had a genuine feeling of importance; that he values his customers and his business. I would recommend this clock and this business. I will most probably purchase clocks to give as gifts to my daughter’s classmates and friends.

Love this clock! It is the clearest easiest to read of any learning clocks I have seen. The contrasting colors make it really easy to see different units of time. It is lightweight but looks nice and is durable. We bought a plate stand to prop it up so we can bring it to whatever room we are in and use it as a visual aid when it's time to count down (minutes left before clean-up time, bedtime, leaving the house, etc.). We mark it with a piece of painter's tape and say "10 more minutes until we leave to go to school. When the big hand is pointing here it will be time to go." Then remind again (5 mins, 1 min). No more vague pronouncements of "two more minutes" that can stretch into 5 minutes or longer - parents, you know what I mean! Works great with our 4-yr-old. It doesn't eliminate the power struggles, but it does make transitions easier. ;-)

I am super excited to have this on my wall in my second-grade classroom. Telling time at quarter to and quarter past is a truly challenging concept for my littles. Despite different strategies and techniques they struggle. Having this beauty on the wall is a Blessing!! I am actually going to buy an additional one so I have 2 in the classroo.classroom.. I love all the identifying markings on the face and hands. It clearly labels quarter past, half past, and quarter to. I love this clock.

I do like the clock. It helps me teach time to my 5 year old. Why 4 stars? I do not understand why the battery compartment on the back of the clock is exposed. I placed the clock within the hand reach so that I could point and discuss time with my 5yo, but that also means that the battery can fall off, or he could get access to it. I also do not understand why the circle quadrants and the numbers are not colored consistently. For example, the first quadrant is yellow but numbers 1,2,3 are green, maybe I am just missing the point. Otherwise, it is good and reliable clock.

I wanted to buy something like this for my child and had been looking for something for a while. I first saw this clock at a friend's house in her homeschool area and took note. I loved everything from the colors to the design. It was perfect! I ordered this clock which was quickly delivered. To say I wasn't excited to show it off is an understatement. The clock is well-made, durable, and beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a mishap, and the clock was accidentally dropped on a hard surface and broke. I emailed the company and informed them of what happened. I was amazed by just how quickly I received a response. The company's representative was helpful and is sending me a replacement for which, I am very thankful. The time and thoughtfulness Owlconic took to create learning tools that will help kids tell time on an analog clock are priceless. I can't say enough how grateful I am to have noticed the clock in my friend's home. For those of you who are on the fence about purchasing, don't be. Owlconic is outstanding! Their products and customer service speak volumes! My child is FOUR years old and is starting to tell time on an analog clock because of this magnificent find! Whenever my child shows interest in wearing a watch - it will be purchased from Owlconic!

This sturdy, colorful clock is just the thing for learning to tell time. It also encourages children to tell time! The second and minutes are well marked. And, well, it actually makes SENSE. I bought this for my classroom & gave it to my grandchild when I retired. She loves it! Her homeschooling Mom appreciated it, too! Great value for the money. Educational.

The clock I received was defective, however; I reached out to the seller and they were incredibly responsive in replacing it. The second clock works perfectly! Fantastic visual aid to teach time. Thank you for your help!

It is a very good educational clock for my 5 yr old daughter. Made it easier for her to tell time, especially in homework activities. Great buy for kids learning time! 🤩

I set up my son an area for at home learning and since he is learning how to tell time I figured this would be a grear add on to his desk area, he loves it and is doing great with learning how to tell time. Its definitely easy to read.
