Follow sizing instructions and these will work fine!
I've been looking around for a good set of elbow sleeves to help with recurring tendinitis flareups, and I think my search may well be over. These sleeves have about the same heft as your basic Ace brand sleeves -- not your basic Copperfit glorified panty hose type sleeves. As such, you can expect them to get a bit warmer, but also provide more solid support -- both of which I consider to be "plus" features in practice. When I wear these sleeves, I do feel a considerable reduction in pain. It's not a cure-all, the pain is still there, but definitely reduced. To be able to say that without the use of medication or ice is a very good thing. Now, a word of caution. Measure your arm at the elbow joint, exactly as they tell you. In my case, I measured just a tad under 13 inches. That puts me squarely in the XL range. So that's what I ordered. And when I opened the package, I thought there had been a mistake -- either that, or they accidentally shipped me knee braces. So yeah, they may look kind of big. And they ARE kind of big, but just because they're meant to be worn halfway up the biceps muscle, unlike some elbow braces. Overall, the fit is good -- not tight at all, but also not loose. I would describe it as snug, just enough to leave a few marks after wear. And in practice, they do what I was hoping they would do -- reduce the worst of my tendinitis pain. Mission accomplished! Highly recommended.

Comfortable and effective for tendinitis reduces pain and inflammation
I bought these for working out and supporting my tendinitis. I love these! Very comfortable they completely made my workouts more efficient and fewer breaks due to my injury. Additionally these stay exactly where they should for the duration of the workout no matter the rigor. The compression supports good blood flow so I actually have less inflammation after working out and all day when I wear the sleeve through the workout. Iโm very happy with these and Iโll be buying more so I can keep them washed and in rotation. I presume they will help me with my horse sporting activity as well and look forward to using them this spring when the season for riding and local competition starts up. I measured as they directed and chose the size based on my measurements. The fit is perfect.

Ok, but.....
I bought this compression sleeve for severe tennis/golfers elbow that made it difficult to lift an empty glass, never mind one with anything in it. I loved it when the orthopedic doctor told me that if I wanted it to heal, to not use it for a year..what???!!!! Anyway, thus began the search for some relief. I purchased this sleeve based on the reviews. Initially, it actually felt too tight. (My elbow circumference is 10.5 inches and I purchased a medium). However, it quickly stretched out so that it provided compression but wasn't uncomfortable. However, it didn't quite do the job and I was still really suffering. I then purchased a Venom compression sleeve (also a medium) with the strap for extra support and intended to return this one. The venom sleeve helped a lot, but I found that I could not wear it continuously due to discomfort. So I ended up keeping and using both sleeves. The sparthos sleeve fits well under clothing and I can wear it 24 hours if I need to. And the Venom gives me extra support when I am doing activities that would normally exacerbate the tendonitis. So I am glad to have both. The customer service (for both sellers) was excellent and they both contacted me to see if I had the right size and offered to replace for free if needed. Ultimately though, what has helped the tendonitis more than anything....HOT YOGA! Wow!

Very good arm band & excellent customer service from company!
So, I have had "tennis elbow" in my right elbow for around 3 + years. It comes and goes, but is especially acute in the summer when I play a lot of golf and tennis. The first elbow sleeve I used years ago was a copper fit and it worked good, but the material stretched way out and it became less helpful. Then, I bought a "generic" (knock-off copper fit) on Amazon...again, stretched way out. I decided to try a different type of material and decided for the price (& you get two) to try these Sparthos elbow sleeves. I ordered a small, b/c I wear small in everything....and I was super excited when I got it and put it on...however, after 1.5 of playing tennis, my arm and hand had very little circulation, as the small was obviously too small. About that time I got an email from the company asking how the armband fit and I emailed back and said it was too small...they asked for my measurement and then said I needed a size large (I was so surprised by this) and then sent me a set (size large) right away. They did this for free and told me to simply give the smalls to someone else. They were so very helpful and their customer service was SO GOOD! I feel happy I used this company. I got the large set yesterday and have worn the armband for two days...I still thought the large would be too large, but it actually fits very well and DOES NOT (so far) stretch out or slip down! Also, the material is thicker and I really love it! It seems to really help my elbow pain. Honestly, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and these sleeves to help with tennis elbow. I will recommend and buy again when/if these sleeves wear out. Thanks to Sparthos for their great customer service! ALSO, please use the measurements they provide--they are right! I should have done that from the beginning, but just ordered small anyways....use their sizing guide and these are true to fit and you will not be disappointed!

RUNS BIG, CONTAINS LATEX
I ordered the size medium as that was the size indicated for my 8.25 inch measurement at the elbow joint. To my surprise, the sleeve is HUGE on me. Slipped and slid all over my arm. I am very disappointed as I have injured my elbow and have not been able to find a compression sleeve that fits. Furthermore, the product contains latex. I did not see that it contained latex anywhere in the description- just a nylon spandex blend. For those with a latex allergy- especially if it is severe like me, I am forewarning you. On the plus slide, the product seems to be well made and durable and will do the intended job IF you can find a size that fits and ARE NOT ALLERGIC TO LATEX.

Good value , decent elbow support
I bought this because I injured my left forearm- I upped my weights bench pressing and then felt something tear when I did pull ups afterwards. This is more than a 3 day sore injury. I bought this to help support me while I heal so I can train . I bought the pink one because Iโm a girl and who doesnโt need a bit of pink when you are lifting weights!!! I havenโt worked out yet but trying it on itโs super stretchy, my arm feels good and as a pair they are not bad quality. My elbow measurement was right in the middle of the large size, I maybe could have bought a medium but itโs not too big. As it is it fits great and there is no flab hanging over or pinching. I will also wear it at work until my injury heals . I would definitely recommend this item . Update- I wore this for 8 hours yesterday and my arm feels so much better. Itโs not going to help everyone but it has and did help me.

Elbow Compression Sleeves
Iโve been wearing this for about 5 hours. I used it at work and it DID help with the mild-moderate pain Iโve been having at repetitive tasks. Reaching up and side to side, along with normal movement and occasionally carrying heavy things. I can still feel the pain but itโs dulled it so much. Just enough that I know itโs still there. My hand is not swollen like it was with the full sleeve, glove or small wrist compression. I plan on taking it off before bed when Iโm done moving around, and using a night wrist guard. I was diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel 9 years ago but the pain went away until the last few months. Also I believe I have โtennis elbowโ (thatโs where the pain is that THIS sleeve helps). The sleeve is a tightly woven mesh. Meaning if you stretch it out, you can see little square holes. That is great bc it means itโs breathable. I donโt think itโs uncomfortable. The material is thick, with a tight stretch, and feels like I guess a fabric car seat would feel like ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ If your hand swells, becomes too red or bluish, you need to remove the sleeve and let your blood circulate. I have not read the full website or may have missed it, but you should only wear them during โexerciseโ and recovery. A healthy person should NOT sleep in compression sleeves or socks. So if you are unhealthy you should ask your doctor. This is info I read and Iโm not a Dr or giving medical advice ๐

So far so good.
So far so good. A bit too early to give a definitive verdict, but Iโm satisfied so far. I have been dealing with a bit of annoying tendinitis related discomfort on my elbow. I had been trying to manage it with topicals, but they didnโt work very well. The fit is good, not chocking tight, but tight enough to provide support and relieve the discomfort @70%-80%, which is quite good in my opinion. Take this for what itโs worth, considering Iโve never used these products before and really have nothing to compare it to. I have tried certain movements and loads, with and without the sleeve, and I can definitely feel the difference in the level of discomfort. Figment was pretty spot on, based on the size guide. I measured around the elbow, and the measurement said I should get a Large. It was a bit too tight the first time I pulled it on and left some impressions on my arm and bicep when I removed it. After the second day, it stretched just enough to make it comfortable for all-day use. It has yet to stretch any further. I would recommend it for the same issue Iโm dealing with. Small investment for the positive results. I will update the review after Iโve had more time using the sleeve.

This company don't disappoint!
I've been having terrible pain in my arm. I don't know if it's tendinitis, golfers elbow, or tennis elbow. I do know it hurts real bad! As soon as I put this on, I felt relief! I ordered it in an XL and had no problem with the fit. The compression is perfect, the sleeve does not roll down. The material is comfortable and does not make you hot or itch. I have ordered other products from this company and they are great! They have done their research and know how to make a product that helps with pain relief.

Extremely High Quality
Bought them more than a year ago, still using them for calisthenics, Muscle-ups and weighted dips/pull-ups, great quality and fabric, not too tight, not to loose, very helpful also if you have pain in your elbows and forearm which i get due to tuck-planche hold and high repetition muscle-ups.
