95% Limited Ingredient Diets

Like most cat owners, ours is not just a pet--she's a member of the family! A former cat-sitter lovingly referred to her as "the bossiest cat she has ever met"! She's 12 years old now and we've always fed her popular "fancy" wet food and "science diet" kibble. I started seeing ads about Dave's grain-free high protein alternative and decided to give it a try. We endured a transition period but after about 30 days we had her weaned to Dave's. Now she literally stands up on her hind legs as I lower her food dish. Her fur seems shinier, softer, and she has endless energy (between naps)! Highly recommend!

Older and kitty favorite food. Few ingredients, hard to find food my older kitty can eat due to ingredient allergies

Be sure and read the labels because Dave offered such a big variety of foods I'm grateful that they're on sale, but 75% of the time the cans are smashed due to poor packing on Amazon's part, and USPS beat the crap out of the packages somehow. It has gotten to where they have to tape the packages back together after items have fallen out, and I have found that frequently it's not till I unpacked that I see all the damage that is done which is a real pain to have to do. Amazon has been good about Refunding my money on the product ❤️

Our cat will not eat this. The food seems to be high quality and species appropriate but, if he won't eat it, it isn't any good to us. The really bad news for me is that you can only buy a case and cannot return it. Be sure to buy it from Chewy's or some other retailer that understands cat's can be picky eaters so allows you to return food if your cat rejects it. I assumed Amazon would be comparable to every other major online retailer... my mistake. I'll try to give it away.

Great quality wet cat food for the price. It does contain guar gum as a thickener which is not good for cats (or any living creature) but if you rotate your foods, Dave's is fine to add to rotation. All other ingredients are great! If you want a healthy cat, cut out dry food.

I’ve been reading or attempting to read the ingredients. My cats like the food but I’m curious how many cake cows per can. In which type is best for a cat that needs to lose a lot of weight.

We used to buy this product local but couldn’t get it anywhere so Amazon had it.

Product is for my cat which has been relabeled, so I wasn’t sure if it was the same product, as I had been having trouble buying it
