Installation was easy, though it is a two person job. It works smoothly, and has a terrific “wow” factor. So easy to use, well worth the upgrade from the manual pull down mounts.

It works great! I know it’s a lot of money but I don’t have to get up and down and adjust it all the time. Remote works wonderfully. One button and it goes where i programed it and one more and it returns to home above the mantel. If you have the money, it is worth it.

Amazing mount, customer support 100% backing the product. It is an investment, but totally worth it. Installation was simple, it is more capable than my needs.

Working well with my 83” OLED above my fireplace. Wasn’t the easiest to set up as the piston arm was over my wall outlet which caused me to have to relocate the outlet first. My biggest complaint is the plug for the motor is so big it blocks all but the smallest plugs in the other socket. Other than that it’s working great as it should for the first few days I’ve been using it.

Mantelmount MM815 Really great TV mount. Love the quality and the motorized lowering and swivel. We debated getting a manual one or motorized, but this is so cool and given that it's our main TV, this was definitely the way to go. My only feedback to MantelMount: 1) Add a section in the instructions for people who are installing the electrical outlet at the same time, providing advice on where to position it. Without knowing, I positioned it right at the center of the mount, exactly where they say not to put it, but because it was a recessed outlet it worked out perfectly. 2) After installing, I couldn’t get the remote to make the mount move. I tried everything. I almost called in to report a defective mount, and then realized my silly mistake: I wasn’t inserting the battery correctly in the remote control. It has to go under the metal tab. I would modify the design of the remote such that the battery can’t be inserted incorrectly.

Amazing mantle mount. We got one for our fireplace as we have a vent on the top just behind the tv. This piece just did the job perfectly. Only issue is the stickies that it comes with are not that great. And the back pieces often comes out. I need to find heavy duty stickies to get the switchboard in place. Otherwise 5 stars. I have already got a bunch of my friends to buy it.

Works great! Highly recommend it. It is a little on the expensive side, but solid construction. I had to place it on a brick wall, but I had to buy my own masonry anchors because the screws provided didn't seem as sturdy. The range of motion and the height adjustment worked out great for my space.

This is an absolute perfect TV mount for the ridiculous high mantles installed everywhere. Mine looks high in the up position but perfect when we watch lowered. Very sturdy and high quality! Make Damn sure you anchor into the studs!!! VERY impressed !!!

Used this on my 85inch 4k tv. Its my favorite purchased. Works amazing and quality of the mount is top notch. Hoping if issues ever arise, mantel mount can shine there too
