Useful product for applying heat
Don't be tempted to put it in the microwave for more than 2 minutes or else it may burn and get ruined. It should retain a decent amount of heat for about an hour. I expect the beads inside must eventually dry out and the product comes to the end of its useful life span.

Better if content were compartmentalised
The pack is as described but ....would be better if the contents were restricted to segments (compartmentalised. As it is the contents all move to one or both ends. So when used for a shoulder injury and the item is placed over the shoulder the contents all slump to the ends and move away from the point of support (the shoulder) where the heat is needed The item otherwise does what it says and does hold the heat.
