No. It's better to use it without the baby.

It's definitely safe for all surfaces and the mini attachment in the handle allows you to wash super small areas.

Does the grey brush really take 2-5 weeks to ship?

It took a while for mine. Not sure where it traveled from, but it must have walked to my house.

Can you sanitize or sterilize this brush?

Yes you can! You can put it in a bottle sterilizer, soak it in a mild solution of bleach water for two minutes or put it in the dishwasher (put it on a stick thing so the bristles are up or in with the utensils).
