Edit: Born customer service replaced the shoes. Couldn't ask for anything more Bought shoes in January just over 2 months later the soul is separating at the heal from the leather. Past the 30 days to return to Amazon seller. Waiting to hear back from Born customer service to see if they will stand behind them. Not holding my breath

The boots arrived quickly. The size was as expected. The boots were comfortable out of the box. Would buy again

***Update. After seven months, I had a seam blow out in the inside right boot. I would expect a boot to last a bit longer that 7 months, but Børn replaces the boot with only a pic and an email. Well made, and comfortable boot. No break in time and was just a great fit. I put mink oil on mine with no negative consequences. I love my Børn boots.

I've been a Born shoe purchaser for years; this is a product line that never disappoints. The shoes feel like they're already broken in to your feet as soon as you put them on. Highly recommend those who have never worn a pair before.
