This is delicious! I love the taste and texture. I immediately bought another box. Good quality! But expensive.

I tried these bars out of curiosity and they really surprised me. The strawberry and almond flavor is delicious, it doesn't taste artificial or too sweet, and the best thing is that they leave me satisfied for several hours. I have been using them as a snack between meals or when I need something quick before training, and they have helped me control cravings, especially in the afternoon. I also like that they have good ingredients for the intestine and that they provide fiber. They have not caused me discomfort like other high-fiber bars. I will definitely continue to buy them.

The yogurt is also pretty much spot-on, but the slightly grainy texture does leave something to be desired -> 4/5 *Effects: Definitely does help digestion, but not so much that a prebiotic/probiotic/fiber gummy couldn't replace it all-together. Here, you get an easy, fairly tasty snack or even meal replacement. 4/5 Price: This is where it's ABSOLUTELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. I was on the fence at 27.99 (Previous price *with* S&S Discount) -- Upping MSRP by $1 PER BAR is RIDICULOUS, even giving room for inflation. They're using the GLP-1 craze to milk you. 1/5, and that's being generous. They can keep 'em, won't be supporting such a company any further. *Final Thoughts: 3/5; Move along, these aren't the prebiotic bars you're looking for.

These bars are fantastic! I'm down 5 pounds in the first weeks and still eat more or less what I want. Sometimes, I overeat because I forget to pack a lunch or skip a meal and then have a way too big a meal for dinner. Now, with these bars, I can always have a bar, feel satisfied, and make better food choices throughout the day. It doesn't hurt that they taste good as well!
